Stayed in the room to spend a nice day by the pool. The room was average. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. The pool was not clean at all. Water was not clean. Could not see bottom of pool. Many bugs on surface. Looked and felt very dirty. Nice place to stay if you will NOT be going in the pool. Service by the pool was not good as well. In the picture you can see how you can’t see through the water at all. I did my best to try to enjoy for the kids sake. Never again though. The water even felt dirty. I just pray none of us get sick. Kids were all pool ready…. If they were willing to get in I didn’t want to ruin their time. But as I said, never again.

It was okay. Went to the pool and there weren’t any towels. I was asked not to bring towels from room. I was in the water for 45 mins and fit out with no towel. So put on my sun dress and walked drenched back to my room. That was the only unpleasant experience I had

This hotel is not 4.9 out of 5, it like a 2.5. The rooms are old and beds are uncomfortable, it’s roomy but just old. Also there isn’t enough staff. There was a roach in our room and an underwear in the balcony. After reporting it at night (there was no staff to come clean) I called in Am asking for deep cleaning and it never happened both items still in the room. They just made our beds and changed our towels. It was also far from other resorts such as Westin and downtown. Too much driving which I didn’t anticipate. Def a no for me. Loves the outside and lobby of hotel with Lucy and Desi photos but honestly that’s it!

AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS. On our first night, our daughter got locked into our bathroom because the handle broke. They had to use a sledgehammer to break the door open. The only thing they did to make it up to us was move our room to another one. No free breakfast, no upgrade, nothing. Other issues: - They only offer double beds or a king in their rooms. They have plenty of room to convert them to queen beds. - The mattresses are uneven. If you plan to share a double bed with someone, be prepared to feel every single movement. I honestly contemplated sleeping in my car instead. - One of the electrical boxes was not secured to the wall. When I went to unplug something, the outlet came with it. - The USB ports in another electrical box did not work. - In another room, if someone bounced on the bed, the lights would flicker. - Our bathtub did not drain well and even after pulling up the diverter, it still ran water into the tub. - There was a general lack of upkeep on the fixtures. Random paint patches, lots of excess caulking to fix holes, and other signs of lack of craftsmanship for a "resort." - They did not care if non-guests used their pool facilities. Sunday night, at least three cars worth of people left the property when the pool closed. I truly felt like I was in an episode of I Love Lucy because of how comically bad it was.

My third stay was very good. It’s a throwback to the 50s updated somewhat. It’s clean with good beds. Great pool and spa. Good views of golf course. Nitpickers will find a lot to complain about. Best value in Indian Wells for us.
