I expected a better stay especially for the price. This hotel is tired. A lot in need of repair or refurbishing. My phone in the room did not work. I told them but no one came to fix it for 2 days. Internet was the worst I’ve ever sen. had to drive to Starbucks to get usable WiFi. I found blood stains on the mattress cover when I removed the sheets for cleaning. Front desk offered no apology, or shock .

Low budget hotel at high dollar price

The property is dated. Our bed had a cracked headboard, and one picture was hung crooked on the wall. The pillows were extremely lumpy making comfortable sleep a challenge. Our room faced the road and the single pane sliding door did little to quiet the traffic noise. While the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, the buffet food quality was similar to what you might find at a Motel 6. Front desk staff were indifferent to our arrival and departure. In response to my saying this was our first time and was there anything we should know about the hotel, the team member shrugged his shoulders and said “no.” The room was clean. We stayed for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. Easy drive to venue. Hotel also offered shuttle service using people’s minivans.

The grounds were beautiful! However the rooms and hallways were very dated and not in a quaint way. Restaurant food was sub par and the drinks over priced and not done well. Breakfast staff was outstanding! Front desk staff dismissive and not at all pleasant.

Check in late in the day and was put on a ground floor room. Very loud noises from guests coming in and out. Top floor guest noises were very apparent all night long. Went to make in room coffee using tap water and it was cloudy! I showered and brushed my teeth with this water. The front desk was no help and denied they had ever been told anything about the water in the room. They also neglected to even ask at check out how my stay was. Amazing! They also did not explicitly say there was a $25 parking fee. Overall room was clean and bed was fine for a night of sleep, but NOT resort material at all. Will not be staying here again.

Stayed here solo for the BNP tennis tournament. It's a very pleasant walk to the venue, and they also ran a shuttle van every 30 minutes. I was surprised and happy to find that continental breakfast was included, with the option to upgrade to a full meal. The hotel itself seems somewhat dated but quaint and clean. Plenty of parking, but you will be charged extra for it. There's a pretty pool which I did not use. The front desk girl when I checked out on Saturday morning was not friendly and unfortunately colored my last impression of this otherwise fine stay. I would stay here again.

While convenient to the tennis tournament this hotel is way past its prime. Every detail is behind the times: Tv, internet, a/c, in room coffee, small shower, weird pillows, breakfast buffet all well below a “resort” standard. Housekeeping was sporadic and made odd choices. Front desk was disinterested in helping. The property is in prime location and in need of new owners who can invest.

The hotel is a 50s era golf resort and it has a lot of interesting photos from me entertainment era of the 50s. There’s very limited options for food. The entertainment is Brash. The sound system is terrible. The seating is limited. The room was fine, comfortable with a very large flatscreen TV. I would probably choose the Renaissance across the street or Toni Bahamas next-door before I come back here.

Nice but dated

Property is nice but dated, could definitely use a facelift. Check-in host was not very welcoming or helpful. We stayed in a King suite which was roomy and comfortable. Close to tennis garden.
