Sure! Here’s a more concise version: I recently stayed at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel’s old-Hollywood charm and scenic location make it stand out, with stunning views of the mountains and a relaxing pool area. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and my room was clean and comfortable. The Tennis Court is a huge advantage as well.

Good Value
This place is really a very decent value stay. We were not there during any special events nearby and paid very little for a comfortable night. It was a little noisy; the golf course and mountain view rooms are probably quieter. The staff is polite and friendly and the rooms, although a little outdated, are clean and functional. The beds are hard.

Property is in the midst of updates..newly laminated hallways and large photos featuring Lucy & Dezi Arnez are great but the first room we had should not have been occupied. Freshly painted walls should have been refinished first. It was a paint coverup over cracks and peeling wallpaper. Visible cracks between the ceiling and wall show poor workmanship. New carpet covered creeking floor and fitted sheet had huge stain. Assistant Mgr (male) was very rude and would not even look at the photo but Manager was in agreement with not sleeping there and gave us a new room which showed much better workmanship. Both bathrooms had been retiled nicely. Wish the tv was larger but it was sufficient and had direct TV. Lounge/Bar was not open. As soon as hotel is properly completed it will be nice. Good location but they charged $25/nite for parking. Excessive.
