This was a great budget option close to the action in Palm Springs. The building showed signs of aging especially in the rooms where flooring and side molding was coming apart in some areas. Overall a great pool area that lets you bring your own drinks and is open very late. Would consider staying again, but maybe upgrading to a premium room next time.

The outside Aesthetics of the hotel were super old. When you got into the room if you were able to muscle your way through the door after the key fob was working, the bedroom itself looked neat with the accent walls were pretty. The AC unit was brand new. But as you went into the restroom the bathroom door didn't look like it had been retouched painted since the building probably first was built. The bathtub was horribly gross but the shower head was amazing. Great water pressure. The bathroom sink when you turn on the water smelled like death was coming out of it rolling out of the drainage with a sewage tank behind it. A little refrigerator was perfect. There was no coffee pot. No microwave. You had like a whole four channels on the television to watch. The linoleum flooring was picking up already next to the refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable pills were nice. Very thin walls. Outside in the parking lot as I were pulling in there was a lot of shady people around the neighborhood

The staff are the best part of the place. They make you feel welcomed and are especially accommodating. The rooms are nicer than the pictures look and we had everything we needed. For a huge event, they were perfect. Would happily stay here again.

The gal at the front desk was so amazing and wonderful as we had to evacuate from Big Bear California. We decided to go down to Palm Springs and we stayed here. What a good place to heal and rest. Will definitely be back on an actual vacation.

Very good service at the front desk, the location is excellent, the pool is very nice, it is a place to relax, you have everything you need to make your own BBQ, you do not have to pay to occupy the cabins, very good vibes

My friends and I (group of 4) stayed here between Aug 9-August 12. The facility was definitely a surprise, it was an up to date hotel with a motel feel to it. It was in a convenient location since we were attending Splash House, and one of the hosting hotels was within walking distance. The room was a little small for a double queen bedroom, but the amenities were nice. There was a pool, a jacuzzi, some nice patio decor and floaties to use. The room was okay, the AC kept making a weird noise all night long which made it difficult to sleep. It was very strange. Also our hotel keys kept deactivating so we had to keep going downstairs to activate them again. Aside from that, we had an okay time.
