This hotel is great to stay if you don’t want much people around. It does need updates and also you have to call to get the room cleaned which I didn’t like I think they should go without having to call. Overall I will stay again.

This hotel is clean and quiet with convenient parking. It’s an old motel that was refurbished but it was done well and has a trendy vibe. Billy Reed’s Restaurant is an easy walk even when it’s 100F. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is excellent. It’s possible to walk to downtown Palm Springs as well. Good location overall and nice hotel. Will stay at L3 again.

The room was ok. For a hot day of 110 degrees, I wish they had the AC on before I got there. There's only one circle mirror above the sink so it was hard to share and put makeup on. There was only one robe provided and when I asked for another robe for my husband, they said they only give one since we booked a standard room. There's no microwave. There are two pools but one of them was so dirty that everyone decided to go to the other pool, making it to crowded to enjoy. Also, If you have a flight in the afternoon, they do not offer a late checkout.
