I just have TWO small complaints and only reason im writing them on here is because the app is asking that i write what i disliked. Ice machine was not working so i had to drive to the liquor store. They said they'd have someone in maintenance look at it, never happened. Also, When we called the front desk from our cell phone to ask for a later check out for Monday morning the lady replied quickly and a little rude with, "Absolutely Not, We Don't Do THAT!". There are better ways to say that they can't accommodate. This will not stop us from staying here again, we like this place a lot. We have been coming here for a few years.

I saw a bug in the hotel during my stay, took a picture and showed the front desk. They dismissed me and let me know that its just a beatle. I told them i was sure it was bedbugs and i was dismissed again. Now i have bedbugs and my apartment.

We had a very relaxed and fun stay here. Recommend it to anyone that goes to Palm Springs. Very clean Hotel and spacious rooms. The only thing I do recommend is maybe get stronger AC units that can keep up with the extreme hot weather there. Our room was pretty warm and we had the AC at 54 degrees. Overall I would stay there again my kids loved the pool area a lot.

We come to PS often to visit friends. This place is perfect, better yet, the facility is well cared for, room was clean and comfortable. The pool amazing! This is going to be our go to from now on!
