It's ok. Much prefer the boutique hotels.
I booked the room because in the description it said "seperate bedroom", to me that means the bedroom is seperate from the rest of the room with walls. The room we got was just a one room with a bathroom. The manager said a seperate bedroom means you are not sharing a room with other guests. Since when do you dhare a room with strangers! Every morning early, there was some kind of noise that woke me up. The balconies are only separated by a small low wall, the people next to us smoked on their balcony and I couldn't enjoy sitting out on the balcony.

Great location. Sewage truck arrived at 3:50 a.m. of our first night. Noisy for 45 minutes (could not sleep through it) and the room smelled of sewage until mid the next day. we did receive a $200 credit, but this was not near enough as it ruined our sleep and enjoyment of the room for 12 hours

Loved our experience at the Rowan from valet to fresh cold water in the lobby to delicious drinks on the rooftop and a swim to fresh coffee in the Lobby in the morning to the friendliness at check out to the Uber friendly valet guys!

This kimpton hotel didn't offer as much as most but still lovely hotel. Room was huge and comfortable except for the bathroom which had dull lighting, no fan and just a sliding door. HH wine was delicious but snacks were prior to the wine which I thought was odd as I feel like the snacks should have been with the Happy Hour. Staff was amazing, especially Jose .
