Quick get-away

This place is beautiful, very well done, with great service. Only complain was the AC system in our room, had the wrong size air filer so when the AC turned off, the filter fell down a few inches and made a loud noise. Didn't get a lot of sleep as I am a light sleeper.

Really cute and charming hotel! Parking is lacking, AC doesn’t work great (maybe bc it’s summer so it’s hot) but the villa didn’t cool off very well, and the pool area is very lacking in pool loungers. Sat night there literally tent any for my bf and I so we couldn’t play by the pool! Overall good location tho and cute spaces/villas.

Love this hotel, however maintenance is poor, tiles loose in shower, white towels around pool old and frayed, courtyard pads, dirty, and worn. The mattress hard as a rock. Still the room layout and size is great and overall the hotel is nice.

The property was really beautiful, we were able to enjoy a spa suite and that was nice to have. Before hand I had let the property know I was celebrating my bday and I was disappointed they didn’t do anything to acknowledge that. Check in was ok they welcomed you with a drink and a towel but room was t ready until exactly at 4 which kind of sucked, also the rooftop was booked for a private event that was one of the reason we booked the hotel for that amenity so it sucjes we weren’t able to experience that part of it but the restauaraunt was outstanding, enjoyed the food and drinks. All the staff we came across were very friendly and accompanying.
