The facilities are old, the carpets are dirty, and they account for $10.42 a day for resort fees... The water quality of the pool and jacuzzi is slightly drab. I hope you take this into account and travel.

We love this spa for the quiet environment, great AC, comfy beds and healing waters. The hot tubs were not as hot as usual this time, but you can visit the next door sister spa which had hotter tubs. Friendly staff all around. I left very relaxed.

Some of the hot spring pools were dirty and all appeared to be standard poolside chlorinated hot tubs. We were expecting natural water flow from mineral springs below the earths surface. We could be wrong but that is what seemed to be the case.

Lack of towels, when asked to bring more towers to the room, housekeeper always told me they were in the dryer and i called 3 times. Room are very outdated, dirty, bed sheets and covers had stains. Restaurant staff are friendly and kind. Outside looks good. I wish they would update the interior of the building and the rooms.
