Overall it was a nice hotel. We had a pleasant experience. For the price I think the rooms need to be upgrade. We noted the vanity had finishes missing. Cracks in the tile in the shower and the door that hides the mini fridge was missing. Also the plumbing from other rooms could be heard i.e if other guest used the shower or a faucet you can hear it. Thank you

Holiday Inn charging JW Marriott prices. Please fix your doors! Every room in building 14 had to slam the door to get it to shut. Doesnā€™t scream relaxing spa. Rooms seem to be renovated by Temu quality furniture with stains on the couch.

Location of my room was rooms that all faces the parking lot and along that note it was the area of where all paint jobs and remodeling was taking place for the most rooms. So it was pretty much the area that doesnā€™t get rented out to there hotel guest unless itā€™s booked through another party.

This resort has all the makings of a great hotel. Beautiful space, pools, restaurants, hot tub, pool bar and nice spacious rooms. Unfortunately, they could do better, the food is average, some of the staff were great others not interested. The hotel was clean but again average. There was a quiet pool, but it was not being enforced. I really wanted to like it, but this place needs to step it up a notch.

Well the property is very old and although they've done a good job making it look pretty its age is showing through. This is the 3rd time we've stayed here.. nice walking paths & fire pits but rooms, doors, carpets, hallways all show their age...
