Clean but Sketchy
There was only one clerk at the desk to check people in, with a line going out the door. Surprise added fee of $5 per night for parking. Neighborhood is EXTREMELY sketchy, with homeless people and shopping carts everywhere. Hotel should have an armed security guard.

Palm Springs stay
The staff was friendly at check in. I was surprised that a $5.00 parking fee per night was required. The amount of homeless people wondering around the property was not expected. Rooms where fairly clean beds are normal motel 6 quality. I'd say the stay was fair.

It's okay for the price! Staff were friendly and helpful, but the walls were incredibly thin. You'll hear walking, banging, and wheels rolling at all hours of day and night. AC vent was dripping, door handles were broken or finicky, and they were consistently out of coffee in the morning. Again, for the price, this is probably what you'd expect.

Not at all a safe place. Ice machine broken and no notice. Strange parking fee that was taken. Seems like many transitory people living there. Not that they shouldn’t have a place to stay, but not a great experience with many characters on bikes for no apparent reason.
