Worst stay I've ever had. Drug homeless,criminal activity. No running water in the shower thermostat for air not working. Deplorable conditions overall. Would not recommend to anyone

Alot of homeless and drug addicts wandering aimlessly , all hours of the night .Felt unsafe . This property needs a 24 hour security guard . Othan than that it was cental to alot if things , would not recommend staying here .

I’ve stayed at this motel few years ago and it was it better conditions. Now, the motel was in a very bad condition, bad smells and trash everywhere and the room supposed to be nonsmoking room but it has very bad cigarettes smell. I asked for a room change and the front desk staff were very helpful and gave me another room but it had even wore smell.

Sketchy little motel. Sheets were itchy and rough. Dead flies smashed on the walls and bird poop on the floor. Dead spider in the bathroom by the toilet and the shower curtain had dirty spots. The eight dollars for parking is absolutely ridiculous! Clerk knew nothing, not even where our room was or where additional parking was. Yucky yucky!

I was given a warning regarding being too loud in my room, when I wasn't loud at all. They claimed that 2 other people had called in to complain. I was never informed until I came to the office and was given the message As a direct result, I cheeked out 9 hours before checkout.

If you have any self worth you won't stay here
I was only staying in Palm Springs for one night while I managed one of my properties and figured Motel 6 would be good enough. My mistake, this location is horrible. There's horrible groundskeeping. There's dog poop at the entrance, it's full of what appears to be homeless people and people on drugs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable the condition of the room was poor, at best.

We have stayed at this Motel 6 in the past and it has really gone downhill. Our card would not work on our room 3xs and then they moved us to another room with 2 beds and smelled like smoke so bad. When I asked if they had any other rooms that were 1 bed and no smoking, she told me no and said they gave us a different room and we were not happy so they would refund our money. During this time she checked in 3 other guests and gave them rooms, when she could have easily given us a room that did not smell so bad. It's gotten pretty sketchy at this Motel 6 now as well. Pool was not open I heard a guest complain. Owner was on the front desk persons cell phone, and she was beyond RUDE!!! Thankful for 7 Springs and their kind staff who go us a room right away. We will NEVER go back to this Motel 6 and will now always stay at 7 Springs.

Waft of cigarette smell, failed key card
I’ve stayed here before usually because of price and convenience. There was an undertone of cigarette smell in the room. I requested a first floor but they put me on the second. One of the elevators was OOO and the working one looked like it had been a crime scene. Shower head needs cleaning because water sprayed erraticly. And room key failed after two uses. I did not have it near my phone. That has happened before.
