I booked a deluxe room, the receptionist gave me the worst room in the whole building, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee maker, no soap or shampoo. The sofa has a skit mark of feces and the window is not completely closed, so the heat keeps coming in. II complained and she gave me a larger room with 2 beds which are not very clean, the hair dryer is not working, and right in front of swimming pool, it’s very noisy. The area is scary with lot of homeless. Will never book here again!

For the price, this is typically a great value. However, when I checked in, they mentioned that the category of Rome that I had booked was a room that did not have a working air conditioner. They moved me to a different room which supposedly have a working air conditioner, but I had it on high the entire entire weekend and it never got cool in my room. I would stay there again if it wasn’t hot outside steps that I needed an air conditioner

My initial rooms Air conditioning wasn’t working, the maintenance person they sent messed with the dial and touched the pipe and tried to tell me it was fixed. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited 30+ minutes but by then I had started to pack up for a new room which took an extra 30 minutes to confirm. New rooms front door would not close correctly and wasn’t secured.
