Definitely not a place for vacationing, this is more of a place for drug addicts hang out! room was disgusting, had to buy my own linen to feel somewhat comfortable.

What ever happened to "customer Service"?
Exactly what you would expect from Motel 6. Room was clean but worn. Room smelled of smoke (Non Smoking Room). Upon checkin, 2:55pm (Checkin time is 3), I was told there were NO rooms available yet. The attendant said it would be at least 30 minutes. I waited in my car 30min. then went back inside seeing other guest coming out with keys and parking passes. It would have been nice to receive a phone call or text letting me know a room was available. The attendant (different person now) said she had only 1 room available. Luckily it was the type I had reserved. The hotel is conveniently located to Palm Springs and Cathedral City.

The hotel called the police and arrested a guy on Friday night asked for a discount in the morning said nope she was not very nice saturday morning 6 am oct 12 checked out was up all nite from the drug dealer above me the shower also leaked and dripped water on the floor shower curtain was too short dont stay here neighbour is very bad

Property has deterioriated significantly over the last few years. Sketchy clientele staying in hotel, because of the low rates, but I guess you get what you pay for. The pool is really the only redeeming quality of the property. Rooms are sooooo basic, mini fridge is available for an extra fee. No safes inrooms. No coffee makers in room. No tea available even at front office. Lots of garbage and debris and cigarette butts everywhere. No attempt to clean them up on a gaily basis, even after pointing it out. Will not stay at this property ever again. Motel 6 used to be a good place to stay if you are on a budget. Not anymore.

Worst Experience Ever - will never stay here again
My stay in Room 211 was very uncomfortable, tons of homeless crackheads sleeping under the stairwells and hanging around property all hours of the day and night. Room was not ready at check-in time of 3:00. Room was not ready until 4:30. Extra toilet paper roll had blood and bleach on it from crackheads cleaning their needles. This is a serious biohazard!! Room was very dirty with dirt in every corner, floor was filthy with puddles of water upon arrival, curtains had snot and were very thin with light shining through. Toilet seat was broken. Cat litter under bathroom sink. Walkways were filthy. Smudges everywhere on walls. Sheets appeared to not be clean, found dog paw prints and blood spots on sheets. Will never stay at this property again. Was there for a large event at Caliente Tropics. Advised friends at event not to stay there, very unsafe. Police chase through parking lot, cars hit. Front desk did not take vehicle info upon check-in and did not notify occupants their cars were hit. This hotel should not hand out vouchers to the homeless. This is a one star hotel at best and certainly NOT at over $100 per night. Very disappointed in Motel 6. Will never stay here again, very unsafe and dangerous. Not enough room to share all pictures taken.

What do you expect, it’s a Motel 6, probably the cheapest room you’re gonna find in Palm Springs so don’t expect too many bells and whistles however, for the price and location you can’t beat it. You’re on a budget. This is definitely a good option but you will get your typical weirdo here and there maybe if you drunk people, and you’ll definitely run into a few dogs. Definitely a good place for people with pets as they don’t charge a room fee for the dogs so closing staff is at times and at times not but considering with the band of characters that they have to deal with just be nice to them , they’re harmless

Room was dirty, had to ask for towels, no hot water for three days, ice machine (no ice), lamp shades cracked, Neighbor asked me for drugs (white), stayed an additional day and was again charged $50 fee. Friend stayed thete and bathroom was flooded. Parking lot was cordoned off with ladder onto 2nd floor. Limited access to exit area. Was not given room requested. Room (bathroom was shabby). Area outside room was trashy.

Started with reservations & notes via hotels.com, for first floor, with refrigerator unit (i know the location only has limited # of rooms with fridge).... got to location... they had me setup on second floor (nope) they couldnt find notes from hotel.com of my Requests...then finally get to room (first floor, finally after a few talks).. no phone, no clock, no kleenex, never could figure out how to work the Direct TV unit (so no tv)..lucky i brought my tablet.... ive stayed this location multi times, never had this many issues... sad at the rates they are charging, for just bed & shower...Motel6 needs to review this property.
