Didnt get enough sleep due to the room on top of us is making so much loud noise the whole night. And when I get there she asked me to pay for the room but when I booked it under HOTELS.COM the lady said they have nothing to do with the HOTELS.COM so I have to pay before she let me check in and didn't want to give me a refund. Not so helpful at all. And outside our room there was a homeless chilling and smoking weed and cigarette knowing that the room is a NO SMOKING ROOM. No remote for the tv no hair blower in the room. Very disappointed. Surely will never go back again to this hotel.

It was just ok . No shampoo or microwave. But the worst part was I wanted to be near Palm Springs. It says Palm Springs Palm Desert is 20 miles away. I wasn’t aware of that very inconvenient so I checked out that morning and didn’t say the second night and still haven’t been reimbursed I’ve been able to contact anybody

Booked multiple rooms on hotels.com. When checking in, because those not registered to the room arrived earlier, I changed the names on hotels.com, they were not allowed to check in. After over an hour on the phone w hotels.com i was told they gave away the rooms & i would have to rebook at a rate 3x my original rate. Luckily hotels.com found another hotel and paid the different. It was a horrible experience.

I had stayed at this hotel in 2006. In 11/2025, it was vastly improved, with the hotel repainted and the rooms completely redone (well) from floor to ceiling.
