The room was clean and comfortable. Very basic, no toiletries!. However, the first room we were assigned, the key card didn’t work… Twice I had to return to the office. On the third return, they assigned us a different room with a slight upgrade at no charge. We were glad because the hallway of the first room was pretty dirty. Our second room was upstairs with the refrigerator and it met our needs. There was a large pothole in the parking lot that we couldn’t see in the dark.

The room was not as advertised, we had no soaps and only one towel. The bed was not a queen! barely fit 2 adults. There was gum stuck to night stand and the "headboard" was broken.

Pictures of rooms did not match pictures Expedia is showing. Walls were paper thin. Heater was super loud and rattling. There were no blankets available only sheets. We were in a room that looked like it needed a bit of updating because the pictures shown here look better than what I’m describing.

Check in ok - pulled back the sheet and saw a blood stain… No apology - no remorse. Complained to Expedia will also contact Motel 6 corporate hq…its just wrong on so many levels.

My tv wouldn't work correctly. I requested a replacement, they checked it out and replaced it within the hour. Rooms need minor repair improvements. the heater doesn't work and it's winter.
