Perfection!
What a wonderful spot. So quiet, so peaceful, fresh towels all day long, robust air conditioned rooms, well stocked kitchenette, delicious cold filtered water by the pool, and CRUSHED ICE from the ice maker. We can’t wait to come back and stay at this very clean property with these very accommodating hosts. Thank you so much guys!

Had a very hard time getting the AC to work. Communication is done via text. I texted for help with the AC at 7:42pm. I received an automated response saying “Thanks for contacting old ranch inn. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.” We never received a text back. That night we went to bed hot and sweaty. It was 111 degrees that day. You can imagine how horrible this was. The next morning, we left at 6am. We could not take it anymore. We later found out that the AC needed a remote to get going. We also later found out that the remote was under the bed when we were packing. Not cool. Could it have been an accident? Sure. But no communication back when it was extremely hot is ridiculous. If the way they communicate is by text, then that’s what they need to do. There was no one on site to help. Never again.

Love the old ranch inn and are repeat customers but it has been awhile and Covid and new ownership has made some changes…there is no one in the office but a phone number to text should you need anything. Another change, there is no longer a poolside light breakfast for guests, a social opportunity we looked forward to in past. The summer heat was high but the misters were not active. The room was nice and I am sure we will return to the old ranch inn when in PS but it is a new old ranch regarding some services.

This is the third time we stay at this property… And it never fails to disappoint! It’s quiet, all adults, and the rooms are so spacious! Each room has a small kitchen, so you can bring some food as well. I love this place!

We really enjoyed our stay! While it was over 120F, the room was cool, clean, peaceful and conveniently located. The owners have gone through expense to keep the property looking and feeling fresh! The pool was nice and private. We also like that it is a smaller property so you feel like you’re guests at a friend’s home. We would definitely return and recommend staying here! Close to everything Palm Sprngs!!

Super cute property. I was contacted by the property almost immediately after booking with my checkin instructions. What a blessing from the mixup I had with a previous property the night before. My only regret was not booking longer, as one night did not allow proper time to enjoy the property.
