Two Week Break in the Sun!
Two week stay to visit family - the room was a little dated but had everything we could possibly need and it was very clean. The pool area was lovely - lots of room and always sun loungers available. The location is second to none - a 2 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. The maintenance and cleaning staff were particularly friendly.

The staff at check-in was amazing. Jane was upbeat, kind, and overall seemed to really like her job. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the pool area. The only thing negative I have to say is the rooms are extremely outdated and the beds are extremely old and hard. Both my husband and i had a terrible time sleeping and got up the next morning with a a lot of back pain becuase of the bed/matress.The springs even made a loud noise when you would sit on the bed. Once rooms are renovated, including new mattresses, we will definitely stay again.

Old and worn out. Staff great though.
Check in and staff very good. Rooms very old and worn out. Smelt musty in the room, ripped carpet. Described as a resort, but no restaurant or bar on site so feel that is a bit misleading. Our fault, as we should of researched more. Overall would not consider this hotel if back in Palm Springs.

Perfect location in Palm Spring downtown area. However the rooms are dated and the housekeeping is done every third day. So if you stay for the weekend, you never have the “luxury “ of having your room cleaned ( unless you requested, as per their room pamphlet)

It’s in a great location with a nice pool and spa. The little market has a lot of options for grab and go. Our room was not very clean though. The carpet was dirty, the coffee maker and the bathroom vanity were covered with dust.

Very clean hotel. Complimentary Starbucks coffee. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Went to eat, bars, and dancing. All walking distance.
