We enjoyed our stay, other than the constant music that can’t be escaped. If they would just shut it off, I’d recommend to friends and come again. But as is, the piped in music is a deal breaker.

We stayed in a nice size Studio w a kitchenette & plenty space for me, hubby & our pup. We've stayed in many similar accommodations all over the country and this by far is definitely the 2nd nicest, comfortable, very clean w a beautiful view of the mountains from our patio. Its a bit dated on furnishings but still very clean & nostalgic ambiance for a circa '70s-'80s Palm Springs vibe. Why not a perfect "5" for review? Yesterday's new check-ins occupied a room above ours - and whatever type of noise prevention for the flooring did not work as every footsteps above us was loud & evidently they didn’t know. We were leaving in the morning had a pretty pleasant stay until that moment, we did our best to ignore it as it was almost bedtime anyways. We will definitely be returning to stay & make sure we stay on the top floor.

The condo was very cozy but obviously needs upgrading of equipment & furnishings. We were comfortable, bed was terrific and maintenance people came within a few minutes to fix door-track jam and broken heater, staff was super-friendly. About 15 minutes drive from downtown Palm Springs. Price a huge bargain on Expedia. Units in process of being renovated. We would stay there again.

Quick weekend trip and we’re very happy with our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was great with a nice private patio area. Location is very convenient and close to a lot of stores and restaurants.

While the staff was very accommodating, the room was dated, emitted a stench that lasted for hours once we got the place aired out (should have been done before our arrival.). The outdoor holiday music was festive , but having a ground floor, coveted and pool-side unit made it annoying. The price paid for the room was ridiculous if not outrageous for what was presented. We stay in time-shares, resorts , homes and hotels all over the world. This was one of the least settings recently experienced. You have much room for improvement

Love the stay there, the kitchenette made our life a lot convenient. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is a clean nice hotel with Trader Joe's, target and couple restaurants right nearby. Would love the shower pressure a bit higher, but that wasn't anything major to us.

The floor plan and space were good. There is definitely a need to update the entire building. Hair in the tub when we arrived but everything else was cleaned well. Staff were friendly and responsive.

Great location, this resort is southeast of DT Palm Springs, off the main hwy in the Coachella valley, close to Trader Joe's, Vons and many restaurants. It is right next to a golf course. It has a tennis court, two pools, a Jacuzzi and gym with plenty of parking. The room is in two sections. It has a microwave, larger refrigerator, an electric cooktop and full Tupperware. Has a living room living with a pull out bed. And a bedroom behind it with a king sized bed., worth TWO balconies. When we walked in there was a really strong smell, but housekeeping took care of it. We then found out this is a Wyndham timeshare resort. Feels just like home!! One of the best hotels we've stayed at. Would definitely come back again!!

I stayed for a weekend trip with my mom and sisters. We chose this property for its quiet location and spacious rooms. The Plaza was perfect for those needs. I was a little disappointed that we did not have balconies as shown in photos, but we did have an outdoor space, and 2 bathrooms! I thought it was a good price for the size. The front desk staff were very friendly.
