The staff and front desk are very kind and accommodating. I was very impressed how clean and comfortable and spacious everything was in the rooms. Updated newer rooms. Continental breakfast . Very happy with my stay and will stay again. Location was perfect right next door to Whole Foods. Walking distance to everything

great hotel and breakfast, very soft mattress
room is great, a separate living area and nice desk. bathroom position a bit odd in the middle of the room. the mattress is very, very soft, didn't have a great night sleep, that is my main issue. Breakfast was good, nice variety.

If housekeeping was run by Godzilla
We stayed here a few days leading up to new years. It was busy and because of that you can expect a little noise in the hallway from the guests coming and going but what i didnt expect was the housekeeping staff sounding like a WWE wreseling match at 7:30 every morning. I have no other complaints. That is a great thing. But the maids were loud as heck crashing around like Godzilla. Please, just try and keep it down. You dont need to slam every door and every drawer to clean a room.

Basic hotel with many amenities. Went as a couple. We felt the hotel was priced well. They don’t clean the room everyday. Heated pool and gym was nice. Close to everything you need in Palm Desert.

They could not provide coffee at breakfast any of the days we were there for some reason. Breakfast was out of stock with lots of items. Hair in shower and ants.
