Angel is my savior!
Angel was my savior on this trip, unlike others I spoke to on phone, he took care of my concerns. I needed a 3pm checkin to be on time for birthday dinner and party and he accommodated me over phone. Prior calls wouldn’t accommodate my reasonable request. So really appreciate him and wanted him to be recognized.

We checked in after the 4pm time and we’re given the card key Tom our bedroom. When we got there , the cleaning lady was in the middle of cleaning the room and she apologized for the mix up and told us that this usually happened when the prior cleaning crew leaves their shift without taking care of their rooms. That she usually worked in the laundry department but was called to Help out. We waited about 10 minutes while she was done cleaning. We thanked her and when we checked out 2 days after, I brought this up to the attention of the manager and she seemed that she did not care. Another thing, the $10 parking fee seems absurd when you have a huuuuuge parking lot in the middle of the desert, no valet service parking should be completely free.

Front desk staff very helpful. We recieved map/info about classic Hollywood homes in area. I can't understand why I was charged $10 to park as this was a first for us traveling. Empty parking lot and spaces were far from front door entrance we used to access our room. Your cleaning gals were all very courteous and the breakfast was absolutely the best we had anywhere!

I wasn't expecting it to be like a studio apartment. There was a nice breakfast in the morning and it was pretty quiet. If you didn't bring your own car expect to use ride sharing apps a lot.

Very nice stay. Got an early check in and was not disappointed when I got to the room. It was very spacious for a little suite. The pool was perfect for a hot day. Complimentary breakfast was great to wake up to as they offer a buffet style of dining. Overall would rate my stay 10/10.
