Awful hotel this 3rd time staying here. This time towels dirty with brown stains. Bed spread stain. The workers one of them make he was changing trash bin not welcoming. It took 20 mins for the shower to get hot. Mainly the dirty towels was a deal breaker for deal breaker

This is a great choice if you're looking for a hotel that's stylish and comfortable without a huge price tag. The hotel manages to look great despite clearly being decorated on a budget. The design is simple and smart, and they've used clever touches to make the whole place feel modern and welcoming. The common areas really stood out. The lobby is a fun, social space with various games, which is a nice touch. I also really enjoyed the pool—it's clean and a perfect spot to relax. The gym is well-equipped and has everything you need for a good workout. Another huge plus is that they offer bikes for guests to use, which is a fantastic way to explore the area. While it's not a luxury hotel, it's definitely an excellent value for the money. If you appreciate good design and great amenities, I highly recommend staying here.

It’s a great spot to crash. Comfortable, clean and conveniently located nearby major attractions like the Arenas District, the art museum and more. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t experience the hotel amenities but the pool is nicely maintained. Maybe next time!

The Dunes Hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs! It was conveniently close to everywhere we wanted to go, staff was very friendly and helpful! I loved the bikes they have for guests to use as well, a very fun way to get around :)

Great 2 night stay with the family. Rooms were large and had the benefit of having a fridge (superior double double) air con unit was a bit noisy. Staff lovely and friendly, pool area good however I found people eating and drinking in the pool a bit off putting but I guess that a cultural thing.
