Not Worth the Price
Experience was not worth the price. Air-Conditioning in the room made a mound sound whenever it was turned on. Check- out was set online at 11 am, but cleaning service tried to enter the room while we were still sleeping at 8 am.

The property is nice. I appreciate the updates they have made. Feels modern and very family friendly. I would stay again. The check in process was okay. I checked in online to make check in quicker. Not sure if that actually helped. I still went in and hand to give my cc and id even though I had already submitted it. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived 15 mins before check in. They said it was almost ready. And I still hadn’t heard about my room being ready even though it was already a little past 3pm. So I had to go in and ask. That part could have been a little more seamless. But we enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

If you’re traveling with small children and want to stay close to downtown. This place is it. We’ve had some bad experiences staying downtown with our kids and now I feel like we’ve found the jackpot with this hotel!! We felt welcome! Here’s what was amazing: 1. Cozy beds 2. Cozy well insulated rooms 3. Super cozy lobby 5. Cornhole 6. Heated pool/ hot tub 7. Close to everything 8. Easy parking 9. Microwave available in lounging room 10. Foozeball and vending machine 11. Good price!! 12. Friendly staff! 13. Great body wash and shampoo We will stay here again!

I was able to check in little pass 3 PM that the room wasn't ready. However the staff was extremely nice and offered late check out. Tje location is great only 10 min away from downtown. The room is recently renovated and especially wood floor. It is cozy and affordable price. I also like the parking is easy. Overall i would give 10/10

Right off the main drag! Walkable to the Native American Museum as well. Clean and nice rooms. Did not use their pool and gym but looked great. Fridge in the room but microwaves in a common area with vending machine for sodas. Highly recommend this for couples or for families!

The Hotel shares the parking lot with a strip mall. Parking was a nightmare. The staff told us to park in the strip mall. All good but a number of the parking stalls had no parking or reserved parking signs. Also, our room faced the strip mall and was noisy until the restaurant and bar closed for the night.

Great updated hotel in downtown Palm Springs!
This hotel is newly renovated so everything is clean and fresh. The location is excellent for walking to downtown Palm Springs. The staff were super helpful when needed. They provide a contactless experience if you prefer. So we did not get a key to our room, but used a code to access entry and our room door (We really liked this feature). Parking is free and easy....compared to other nearby hotels.
