We loved our time at Oasis Resort. The property is lovely. We felt relaxed by the comfort and privacy of each space and anytime we needed anything, the staff responded swiftly and courteously. The bicycles offered were awesome!

This is not what we in the UK would call a resort. The rooms are ex-miners rooms so very basic and small with very limited facilities. OK for 1 night but not recommended for long stays. For remoteness dining was reasonable. It is a very isolated spot but great for sky watching

More specific check in instructions would be helpful. The resort is huge and it is not clear where to go for check in. Once we got in the resort was lovely and perfectly manicured. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful resort with fully furnished rooms. All the pools and resort grounds were beautiful and pretty much immaculate. The rooms were nice but a little dated. The couch had a noicable musty smell and the only other chair was a little stained. The bed was great though. Biggest two issues both involved miscommunication with the staff. First when you arrive you are greeted by two gates and only vauge instructions on what to do, attached to the intercom with a faded note. Once inside everyone is super friendly and helpful though. The other issue was during our stay our cable didnt work while not the end of the world we couldn't get it fixed because we didnt realize, unlike a hotel, you have to be present for maintenance to do anything inside. I understand why but again this wasnt communicated and who wants to wait on maintenance when you have the beautiful city of Palm Springs to explore.
