My initial accomodation was not-so-good, but after complaining mutiple times I was uograded to a room across the hall, which had been renovated and had working room heater. I slept well afterwards.

The outside doors were left open so anyone could walk in. paint on the walls was bubbling. the corridor had a musty smell to it. the DJ in the pool did not go with the crowd in the pool. There was barely anyone in the pool area all afternoon Saturday but he blasted the music anyway.

Really cute from the outside. The lobby was super cute. Then you walked down the hall and it looks really dirty. My room’s carpet was so funky. I had to wear socks the whole time the bathroom floor and tub were disgusting. They give you a free drink ticket, but says no substitutions, even though you could be allergic to the ingredients. Breakfast stuff was on point. They were the highlight of my whole trip. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I am a longtime customer of this property and had no complaints before. This last time I went everything was very different. It seemed that the property had changed for the worse, which is really too bad because I love The Saguaro. The restaurant was suddenly only open on weekends. The pool wasnt heated anymore like it always used to be year round. They said they wouldnt start heating it until november. I ordered a drink at the other bar inside and the ice had pieces of lime and paper in it so when the ice in my drink melted it was floating all around my drink. I showed the bartender and he made me another drink and it was the same thing. When we arrived to our room there was a dj playing and it was so loud the entire room was vibrating and the picture hanging on the wall was tilted from all the vibration. The carpet and bathroom floors were old and worn and need updating. The AC unit in the room was making a loud noise until a maintenance guy came and adjusted the front of it. We were going to stay for 4 nights but left after 2. Fortunately I was refunded the other 2 nights since I had purchased full trip coverage. The employees were all super nice and helpful, no problems there. The property and general environment need help.

It was a decent room. The bathroom and bedroom were nice and clean. The living room sofa was wildly uncomfortable, and some of the lights were incredibly dim to where we had flashlight out to find things it’s clear the rooms are cleaned hastily as we found sequins still on the floor. It was good what it was. It’s definitely a party hotel so nothing wrong with a stray sequin. We had requested a couple of amenities that we never received, which was disappointing.

A really nice pool area, fun decor and good service. Great tasting food and drinks. A nice relaxed vibe too. A little disappointed with the state of some of the rooms. More could be spent on their upkeep, to ensure everything is in working order.
