We have been coming to this property for almost a decade and have always had an incredible time. This visit we had last weekend was definitely a surprise as it seems some things are going downhill. Check in was pretty slow- only 2 people working the desk but they were great and helpful. When we walked into our room we noticed the couch had multiple large stains on it, black smudges all over the walls and a lot of the furniture wasn't in the best condition. Even the quality of the toiletries has decreased- with the paper towels and toilet paper being SO incredibly thin and useless. Our patio off our room seemed as if no one has checked it in a long time- huge spider webs all over the place and my husband had to kill 3 HUGE black widows so we could actually sit out there. It was 120 outside and our AC was broken and wouldn't go below 80- we asked them to fix it as i am pregnant but it took hours before someone came to check it out. The pools were all hot and cloudy with tons of floating debris- seems like the water chillers were broken. I'm sure they must clean them daily but it really did not appear that way. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was terrible. We went to the marketplace to get breakfast and they were completely out of all the breakfast foods (besides donuts/pastries) and said it would be days before they received more. They rent bikes but there are NO bike racks anywhere. I could go on, but overall we were disappointed by our whole experience.

My husband and I loved this property! We will definitely be back! The different pool options, we were able to spend each day at each one! Drinks were great, burger night was delicious and breakfast/iced coffee was perfect! They had a great text communication system and the shuttle was super convenient! The room was great, had everything needed and the beds were super comfy! Customer service was AMAZING! Definitely recommend- 10/10! Will back!!

First time here beautiful resort we r coming back. My sister is coming back in Sept. Wonderful staff the cabana were very affordable. Im sorry i dont remember the young lady who set the cabana she was wonderful very sweet

Beautiful, calm, and inviting property. Family-friendly. We loved the kiddie pool for our 4-year old. One of the jacuzzi’s could have been more properly cleaned. The villas are modern, clean and spacious! Property employees were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience is that the dining options on-site close at 5 pm and one at 8 pm. If you choose not to cook in your room, your only other option is to drive off-site for a meal. Luckily, many restaurants are within close proximity. We also felt that more activities could have been offered for free or made to be more fun. The couches in the lobby were noticeably dusty. Overall, it was a good stay. My family and I spent good, quality time together.

Great food, service and ambience, dinner at Agave was delicious, my only complain during our stay would be that the sofa bed is horrible. My son woke me up at 2 am to help him close the sofa bed so he can sleep on the couch because it was so uncomfortable!!! Still our favorite local hotel, but next time we won’t book if they don’t have double beds available.
