This is an old property and it needs renovating badly. But the staff are very nice. They make it convenient to check in. It is located in a great place for everything you might want to do. It’s a good stash.

The listing photos were a catfish of this hotel. The staff was really nice, but the hotel is in a desperate need of an update. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, tub was probably from the 70s and looked to be painted over at some point because it was peeling. In order to take a shower has to use a pocket knife tool to fix the faucet fixture. Definitely got what I paid for, but was desperate for a room after a long day of travel.

The lobby was very musty smelling. The carpets in the room probably haven't seen a proper cleaning a while. Chairs and tables were rickety. Nothing felt clean. Staff is super nice though!!

Bed bugs, Confrontational Resolution & okay

It was not so good. The staff was trying to diffuse and de-escalate the discontent and anger of some hotel guests who discovered active bed bugs in their room. The staff did an excellent job on addressing the issue. However, the guests were too upset to listen. They needed to vent. Since my stay was for only one night, I requested a different building and inspected my bed and accommodations for any infestation. Luckily, I did not discover any unwanted guests.

The room keys didn’t work. I had to go to the office 3 times finally they send the security which also could not get in so they change our rooms. Our room was clean but I heard the other pet friendly building was stinky and had roaches. Thank God we didn’t stay there.
