We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The service was outstanding, shoutout to Hugo for a ton of great walkable food recommendations. We were in close proximity to old town and public transportation, which was a great way to explore the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality! We'll definitely be back!

What a beautiful hotel! Every detail is well thought out mixing the old with the new perfectly! We enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool, the drinks were lovely up there on a hot summers day! The location is excellent, walking distance to all the lovely attractions palma has to offer! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Such a great hotel. Beautiful setting (the photos do not lie!), great location, very very quiet, amazing breakfast, ect. Very well staffed, everyone from the cleaning crew to the manager is always smiling and ready to help. We got lots of suggestions from the reception staff, who also booked some tours for us. Great communication. Amazing roof top terrace! We will be back!

Anna and Tomas greeted us with the warmest welcome and truly made the first impression of this hotel a great one. They assisted us with the parking garage and answered all of our questions regarding our stay. Aside from this being a gorgeous property that is efficiently managed with care, it is so perfectly located. It is quiet, yet exactly where you would want to be located in Palma for a perfect stay.

This hotel was such a find. Such a stunning property, beautiful room, spotlessly clean. Excellent facilities and a lovely roof terrace with plunge pool to cool off in after a day's sightseeing. Just set back from a bustling, central location the hotel is a little oasis; the rooms are quiet and peaceful with extremely comfortable beds. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely return. Recommended.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were amazing. However, I was given incorrect driving directions in an email from the hotel, which made reaching the hotel very stressful. The reception later confirmed the directions were wrong, causing me to waste a lot of time. I’m sharing this so the hotel can avoid this mistake in the future.

Absolutely love this hotel. Room got nice and cool at night. Beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff. 24 hours someone was at the desk if you ever needed anything they absolutely had someone there to help you. As well if you needed anything booked or anything? The front desk would make sure they did it for you. We needed a rental car. They helped us get it. We needed taxis for the next day. They got them the night before and insured. We had them there the next morning.
