Clean property, very good breakfast, attentive staff. The dog fee is pretty steep for Europe but it comes with a dog bed and a doggie care package. Gloria at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Good walkable location with lots of restaurants around it. Try La Pergola which is only a 1 minute walk from the hotel and Humo Cocina de Brasa which is probably only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Love our stay there! It was close to a lot of things and great location. The hotel was super clean, had a great vibe and good food. It was a bit hard to find parking around the area but we managed. Highly recommended!!

Don't know how this is 4 star? We had to change rooms due to sewage smell in room. Then we had to wait as the safe did not work. Rooms are ok, if a little tired and worn. Breakfast is ok, yet hot food was always cold, and not worth £21 per person. Pool area is nice although pools are not heated. Sould not stay here again.

Great modern hotel for easy access into Palma
The hotel was amazing, very modern and clean, we loved our room which had a balcony and overlooked the pool, the walk in waterfall shower was fabulous, the bed was huge, lots of storage and the free mini bar for drinks was a huge bonus ! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
