Great hotel, some staff issues

The hotel offered a very good room - comfortable, clean, spacious, good WiFi and small kitchenette. The check-in with Bruno was very friendly and efficient, but the experiences with other hotel staff were not so good. The breakfast staff in particular were neither friendly nor helpful (even resisting the idea of refilling the scrambled eggs with more than half an hour still left for breakfast) and they were very poor at clearing tables - we watched many guests walk in to see empty tables but filled with dirty plates, and no sign of the staff. This aside, the hotel has much to offer and the price is very reasonable - they just need some staff with smiles and a bit more customer-service thinking.

A maioria dos atendentes foram prestativos, apenas um que deixou a desejar com uma reclamação que fizemos. Reservei 3 quartos e um deles não foi o mesmo padrão, ao reclamar o atendente nao foi prestativo e nem tentou resolver a reclamação, reclamamos novamente e a outra atendente foi educada e resolveu nosso problema. Quartos limpos, organizados e espaçosos! Super recomendo.

Hotel bem localizado e com excelente estrutura. No banheiro há uma cesta pra toalha suja, o que achei muito mais higiênico do que colocar toalhas no chão. E há um saquinho para levar seu sabonete e não desperdiça lo. Muito legal!

Ótimo hotel para família e bem localizado.

Hotel bem clean, enxuto, mercadinho conveniência no saguão ajuda. Café da manhã com boa variedade; um só elevador e apertado. Quarto espaçoso do apto comum e flat; roupa de cama OK, mas travesseiros baixos e bem usados, idem as toalhas. Não achei legal cobrarem taxa para guarda de mala de hóspedes. Dá para caminhar até os shoppings Palma e Capim!
