I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed.

O hotel é bem confortável, tem uma vista linda. O café da manhã tem varias opções de frutas, pães, bolos, entretanto, mesmo tendo previamente, solicitado opção de pâes e bolo e cerveja sem gluten, e perguntado diariamente se havia, nâo providenciaram nada. Ainda bem que tem um mercado quase em frente e pude ir comprar. O quarto é super bem arrumado diariamente, mas a limpeza é questionável.

Hotel muito confortável, quarto incrivelmente grande, com decoração moderna e moveis novos. Banheiro excelente, assim como a cama, roupa de cama e toalhas. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Tem um bom restaurante e o café da manhã é excelente.

Hotel novo, confortável. Fechadura do banheiro estava quebrada e a pilha do controle do ar-condicionado estava fraca. O café da manhã ok, nada extraordinário. Os pães são duros, o serviço da cozinha é demorado. Se estiver com pouco tempo não vale a pena pedir nenhuma preparação da cozinha (omelete e tapioca). Serviço de quarto no período da noite/madrugada é bem limitado.
