Cleanliness, presentable, had everything necessary for a short stay. Would definitely stay again. Good location, Close to all services. Only suggestion of improvement is the main entrance sliding door needs to be adjusted. Was not easy to lock or unlock from the inside. Plus the sliding door from bedroom to bathroom needs to be attached to a fixed track on the floor as well as the top. It came off the top track a few times when it was pulled across to close it. The sliding door also moved & banged every time the door from the kitchen was opened into the bathroom. Minor details but very annoying. I would not request room 14 if I was staying again.

Check-in and check-out was easy. It was nice and quiet. Nearest supermarket was a 3 minute walk. And not too far from the main plaza either.

Only get milk for the first day of the stay . Get free tea coffee sugar and hot chocolate but no milk. I found that strange . It was convenient due to last minute booking . But for the price expected a little more . Check out is 10am , but was asked to leave by 9:30 . happy with our stay but won’t be back . We travel to Palmerston North often.

The property and location were good. My only criticism was we had no milk in our room, room 11 we got there at 5pm, went to the office which was closed, I called the number no reply, got a text message to text which I did, but no reply, I then called and texted again at 10pm we got back from dinner, which we then had to walk to the nearest service station to buy milk pretty disappointing as it let the rest of the stay down.
