Good location, safe and very clean hotel and rooms

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Excellent service, the rooms are small but smart designed, the area is quiet and just one block away you have the best restaurants, shops and cafes. Absolutely recommended and thanks for the kind staff and hospitality.

2 very small rooms. The bathrooms is tiny. For 2 people is hard to get around. The place has been remodeled looks like a while ago. It’s all old and smells. There is no AC, no elevator. The place seems to be cleaned, but because it’s old it seems like dirty and musty. It is bay overpriced for what it is. After We stayed in the hotel for $50 and it was such a big difference, much bigger and nicer, cleaner, with the pleasant smell. I am honestly not sure why there is so many good reviews. We booked because of the reviews were good.

This was my favorite stay in Santiago. The location is amazing! Everything is walking distance. The streets are lively even at night. The streets are filled of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is included in the restaurant next door and the food is incredible. They also give you 20% off at the restaurant and at an ice cream shop nearby. One thing though, the hotel is a walk up. There are no elevators. This was not a problem for me as the staff helped me bring up my luggage and helped me bring it down. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at Icon hotel for five consecutive days during a ski trip to Valle Nevado. The hotel is stunning, comfortable, and very clean. What I loved most was its great location in Santiago. Manquehue Metro Station is about 5-minute walk from the hotel. From there I can ride the Metro line to connect with the pick-up point that heads towards nearby Andes ski centers like Valle Nevado, La Parvati, etc.
