Bathroom wasn’t clean, floor wasn’t clean. There was a circus happening on the floor directly above us, into the early hours of a Monday morning. We always stay here when I have early medical tests at Stanford the next day, and are usually very happy. Guess this was a one-off. Office staff were very professional and pleasant, as per usual.

Everyone here was so lovely to us. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying at the Creekside Inn if you are coming to Palo Alto. We were a 10 minute drive from the cute downtown and 15 from the medical center.

Property was quaint and clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Full DirecTV complete with premium channels Small but adequate exercise room. Plenty of restaurants walking distance. Only small issue is the shower water pressure wasn’t great. But nice Malin and Goetz toiletries provided. A little loud if guests close by aren’t considerate. Overall, really nice stay

I did not appreciate my belongings being displayed as if they were for sale. I returned to the hotel and found the room door open with lights on. No explanation but just it happens a lot. Staff was condescending. I did not enjoy the stay.

Perfect for a family gathering

My family loves this hotel. It’s so beautifully landscaped - I feel like I’m in a tropical wonderland . The staff is friendly and helpful. We love to hang by the pool or fountain and eat yummy sandwiches from the deli. It’s a little retreat in a busy metro area.

Stay in Bloom 2025

I came down from the Sacramento area for the Stay in Bloom festival. I found this place almost last minute, and it was close and easy enough to book. Surprisingly, they had courtesy Tesla charging stations under the covered parking area. That was nice, but I wish they had more stations.
