No elevator, zero cold water, nothing but scolding hot the entire time was there. Not sure how this place got reviewed the way it does on Expedia but I think they need to check out their review system! I definitely would not stay here again

I had to be moved from the first room because the tv wasn't working. I will say the staff is very very nice. The first room and the 2nd room I was in were both very dirty. The beds were clean, though, except for the bedspread in the 2nd room - it needed a wash. The bed was very comfortable, however. Nice sheets. I slept really well. But the surfaces of all areas were very dirty/dusty and the floors were as well, and being a clean freak, that bothered me, especially in a place that's a big city with lots of travelers.

Always like staying here while I visit Stanford. Room was a little noisy during the night. Drippy shower, ( room 105) Noisy neighbors upstairs which I know there is no control over. Great location with nice food options. Management and staff always nice! Will visit again next year!

I liked that it was a convenient place close to Stanford Hospital but the rooms were musty smelling and noisy upstairs guests. Also didn't see any smoke or fire detectors in the room.

Owner was awesome had great info and was nice. Room was mostly clean but the bathroom walls needed help... Prior people were rude- but overall it was nice and convenient. Not noisy. Great restaurants and gas stations near by. Not far from VA. Price was affordable

Had a fantastic experience at Glass Inn. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained and made for a relaxing visit. Highly recommend!
