My room was located on the second floor of the Palo Alto building, near the elevators shafts. I could hear a loud, intermittent, mechanical noise every few minutes. This went on well into the night, past 23:00 hrs. Since I had a 04:15 wake up time, I didn’t bother to ask for a different room as I checked in late, around 22:00 hrs. It was not a pleasant or restful experience. Not happy !

Very disappointed that I booked a king bed and when I got to the hotel they only had two double beds available. I’m sure I wasn’t given priority because I booked on a third party site. Because people next to me who arrived in line after me were given king sized beds. Also I didn’t liked being given a room next to elevator. Noisy.
