Room a good size and clean, well set up at checkin. Car parking is available at the hotel, although it is a restricted space and larger cars are a tight fit. It’s also quite complicated to reach the hotel the first time. Great breakfast with wide choice for the family. Fantastic location with easy access to historic Rouen and shops.

During our visit our dog became very ill, eventually being admitted to vet hospital for several days. The staff were extremely helpful and kind

The property is in a good place, a short walk from the old town. If you are away for longer than a few days the standard rooms are small. We had problems with locking the safe and the tv. The issue with the safe was resolved the next day but the problem with the tv was not resolved. There was a space for a fridge in our room but no fridge. We were advised some rooms have fridges others do not, ours did not. In the hot weather that is not great. That said it was an impressive building a conversion of a building with history, the staff were really helpful, great restaurant recommendations and other tips for the area. Staff were helpful and the breakfast, while did not had a wide choice, was of good quality. Also it had a gym with technogym equipment (cardio only) which was a pleasant surprise. Room itself qas adequate but with the a/c in each room it was good in this heatwave

I didn’t have many options on hotels and went with this one and what a treat. The location is fantastic. I had a sea view room with balcony and it was such a delight to be able to open the doors and take in the fresh air and sounds of revelry. I was there for less than 24 hours and I got a chance to hike up both cliffs and wander through the town. Cannot beat the convenience factor. I’m impressed by how the closed doors blocked out so much of the noise. That said, there’s no air conditioning so if you want cooler room temps you’ll need to open the door. Luckily the night was mild enough that I was able to leave the door closed. The bed itself isn’t that comfortable. That doesn’t bother me because the view and convenient location more than made up for it. The staff is wonderful.

Our 2 day stay was over all wonderful! The staff especially Paschal was welcoming , friendly answering our questions! I love the decor & cleanliness is top notch. Location is easy to get around- walkable to the heart of the town. The only thing is in the room- there was a not much space / drawer to put your belongings but still over all - I will easily go back & stay here when in Rouen.
