The bed was ok. The room was clean and the area was nice. Lots of restaurants and shopping are walkable. There was a weird smell in the lobby and some halls or I’d have rated it higher. It was there multiple days so not just a few minute type of thing

Loved it!

Was an overnight stop on our way to Florida. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great. Will be our new "go to" hotel on our future trips down south.

One of the elevators was out of service and the one that was working was uncomfortably warm. One suggestion would be more towels in the room. Complimentary breakfast was really good with plenty of options!

Family travel

We only had a one night stay while traveling. The room was good size and beds were comfortable. It would have been nice for staff to have a separate service elevator especially when one of the two guest elevators was out of service. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend for others!
