Not the best

The hotel is making a lot of improvements, however it is still kinda ran down. It’s not what I expected, the only plus is it’s across the street from the beach. I would not stay here again.

The property is EXTREMELY unsafe. It already looks sketchy as it is, but we had to leave in the middle of the night while having 911on speed dial because there was banging on our door by a lady cussing us out and when we called the front desk for help the staff said we were lying. The room was a mess when we got there with a bad smell. I would not trust staying at this hotel ever again.

The pictures online were not compatible with the look of the room, I was very disappointed. And also when booking they don’t tell You the price of the deposit and if you book one reservation no matter how many rooms there is there is a separate deposit for each one which you don’t know that until you get there. The area is compact and very loud nobody has any common courtesy for their neighbors.

The front desk workers were so sweet which is why it hurts to have to write this. It looked like the floors hadn’t been mopped in years. The beds only came with a sheet to sleep with. We could not get the wifi to work. The shower had definitely not been cleaned. When you arrival you are required to put down a $100 deposit that we did not receive until 4 days after checking out. After reading some of the reviews I was worried we would not get it back ( even though we do not smoke) It was not peaceful. You can hear every car that drives by and everything that goes on outside your room. I would not recommend staying here unless you get in a pinch. We only stayed one night to wait for our condo.

Very simple room for a terrific price. Across the street from large hotel, so short walk to public beach access and maybe 6-7 minutes to the pier. Next door to Pour, an amazing coffee shop. Weak WiFi signal from inside room.

Nice updated room's, dislike having to pay a security deposit for my room and then it takes days to get my deposit back, been 2 days so far and still don't have my deposit back. They can take it instantly out of my account so why does it take a week or longer. Unhappy with that

The room was absolutely disgusting and unsafe. There was mold in the bathroom & some throughout the room. There was trash all in the floor, my socks turned black just from walking around. Our door frame was broken and a hole through it where someone had broke in, in the past (it barley locked if it even did. i’m still not too sure if it fully locked) . There was dust buildup and dirt all on the floors and baseboards. Our lamp shades had some ungodly stains and the room had a horrid stench. Then through all that with picture proof all they would refund me out of $250 was $60 that I STILL haven’t received & probably will not. Also the girl checking us out that morning was rude and argued with me trying to refuse a refund for the nights we wouldn’t stay there. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Place was ok. Just one sheet no blanket or comforter. Place was more appealing than your average rundown motel overall. Also no soap or shampoo in the shower. Fromt desk lady told me they recently painted them and that is why. Had to walk to a convenient store to buy soap. All in all it was a good bang for the buck.
