Bluegreen's Bayside Resort and Spa offers 150 accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch flat-screen televisions come with cable channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers. Change of towels and change of bedsheets can be requested. Housekeeping is provided on request.

Serenity Spa has 10 treatment rooms including rooms for couples. Services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, sports massages, and Swedish massages. The spa is open select days. Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Step outside to unwind on the white sand beach. Spend the day at the beach and work on your tan with sun loungers (chaise longues) or relax in the shade with umbrellas. At Bluegreen's Bayside Resort and Spa you can cool off in one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools and indulge in a pampering afternoon at the full-service spa.

Dining is available at one of the resort's 3 restaurants and guests can grab coffee at the coffee shop/café. Guests can unwind with a drink at one of the resort's bars, which include 3 bars/lounges and a poolside bar. This luxury resort also offers outdoor tennis courts, a spa tub, and a garden.

This place was one of the worst vacation properties I have ever stayed at. First off they have all these amenities that you can supposedly use, such as a sauna, whirpool, and steam room, but when you call to book it they ask if you are an owner ( its a timeshare property) and make it really difficult to use any of the "extra" amenities. Next, we payed a fair amount for 3 nights to be stck in a tiny room overlooking a parking lot, the air conditioner barely worked. The settings were freezing cold or stuffy and hot. We were on the 3rd floor, and it was raining pretty hard one of the days we were there. There was water pouring from the ceiling in the hall by our room onto the carpet, and no one ever did anything about it. Our room also had water damage on the celing, and cracks and chips in the funiture. Everything was just very sub- par. It is also pretty far away from the real beach and other fun things to do. I would not stay here again.

There was hair in both bathrooms, a live roach in the room and the patio door did not lock. The restaurant charged me more than I agreed to with the tip added, so I will be reaching out to them.

The stay was good but didn’t know about the timeshare presentation, because it wasn’t mentioned on hotels.com when the room was booked. Then when it was brought to the attention to hotel.com the rep tried to play dumb but undercover will make you lose business.

very misleading about the property, one restaurant claimed a full menu but didn’t even have a kitchen. pool closes at 7:30 pm, lady that took out the trash by the pool was rude. the floor in my room was so dirty it turned the bottom of everyone’s feet black. balcony was flooded with 2inches of water. one restaurant served me a buffalo chicken wrap with a hair on it, never discounted anything off the bill. definitely will be choosing another place for the next trip.

There was a saw in our room. When we told the front desk. They said they would send someone up but they never did, then the charged us over 400 for possible room service fees, eventually they refunded it 5 business days later. Then when we did call for toothbrush, room service never showed up, we got our own extra towels, rhe air conditoner was so loud it sounded like someone was shaking the doors . We stayed here in 2017 and the service was completely different.
