Loved everything about this hotel. Great breakfast, great staff. The hotel is beautiful and clean. I stayed there for my wedding and the rain was pouring and they offered their venue55 so we could take pictures since weren’t able to go to our original location due to heavy rainfall. Definitely recommend.

We were here for a week and overall it was a great stay. The breakfast was really good and i loked the fact that you could have eggs or omelets cooked to order. The restaurant on site was very good. My kids loved the pool and the slide. The staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and clean. The location was very convenient with the beach being right across the street. There were a lot of restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. There were two things that i did not like. I payed extra for a gulf view room and the only view i had was if i hung over the side of the balcony. When i asked i was told that Hilton considered that a gulf view which was disappointing. I also would have liked if the pool stayed open longer. It closed at sundown which at this time of year was 4:45 pm. Overall we had a great time and were very pleased with the property.

I Loved, Loved, Loved the way the living room was divided off from the bed & bathroom with TVs in both rooms. That was neat. Also the breakfast was DELICIOUS. What we disliked was our housekeeper had a NASTY DISTASTEFUL attitude. When we asked for her to return in about an hour to clean the room she said she would, but never showed up. Therefore no clean towels/washcloths, trash not emptied and coffee and snacks (popcorn, bottled water) not replenished. When she did return to clean the room she made the bed slovenly, not even straightening the pillows on the bed. Actually the bed looked sloppy, nothing like the very neat bed we saw when we checked in. She was angry I reported her to the front desk. One other slight change I would love if there were some dresser drawers in the room so I wouldn’t have to keep digging through the suitcases. Overall we truly enjoyed staying at Embassy Suites. Thank You
