The bed was like a sheet of plywood and the fitted sheet would not stay on bed. The pillows were worn out (even though this was a new hotel) with some of the king size pillows in a queen size pillow case. I requested soap and toilet paper since we were nearly out of toilet paper and was out of soap at check in. It was written down but we never got it. They only service the room after second day and they came just after 9 am for that service. I told him we'll be out in 5 minutes, which we were. He never did returned to make the bed, change out the towels, PUT TOILET PAPER AND SOAP IN ROOM (we used our own). The room doesn't have a closet just a rod to hang clothes and it doesn't have draws just use your suitcase. I paid for room through Orbitz but they charged my card $150 for incidentals. Waiting to see if that gets credited. Too be fair, the breakfast was small but tasted good. I would remove the word Hilton from the name of Tru. I will never stay at another one and may not stay at a Hilton with this kind of service. It was a brand new hotel and figured it would be clean but was shocked by the conditions of the small room and lack of toilet paper/soap and service.
