Ruined trip.
I’ve stayed at the property many times, it’s has always been clean and a great value. Wonderful views from our room. This trip was awful. I called the front desk to let them know the the toilet was leaking, all over the floor at 11 pm. They said they would put a work order in for someone to come in the morning to fix it the next day. He arrived at before noon. Working on it most of the afternoon left at 3pm saying he needed to get a part and never came back. I called at 7 pm, a wonderful manager at the property next door and she finally got another person to finally get the toilet going. I ended up having to go down stairs to use the restroom, over half the day without a working toilet. My disabled husband has trouble walking and was miserable. This ruined our anniversary trip. We waited the entire day for nothing. I honestly want a refund.

Love this hotel for the private balcony overlooking the Gulf directly on the beach. Staff is super nice & accommodating. Nice view for morning coffee/evening cocktail

I like the fact that it was right in front of the beach I like the fact that I was able to just walk out and walk on the beach and the pier and go fishing. I did not like that the roaches were all over the stove and oven were dirty the microwave was dirty there was trash under the bed trash behind the TV the doors don't close properly that like they should it wasn't clean and staff had an attitude when it was brought to their attention.

I love the fact that it was right on the beach, it had a big refrigerator, stove was filthy oven was worst. I love that it had a balcony but I didn't like was that it was infested in roaches we got moved 4 or five times because rooms were dirty they were not clean they had trash from the last person that was there we left early to play softball when we came back someone had came into the room and left our door open. the doors don't shut correctly three times our door to the room was left open and then once the porch the balcony door was open and we made sure that the doors were closed we complained they said they were going to look on the cameras and they never got back to us with that. their attitude was not bad except the older white lady she was very nice. to park we had to park on other property on either side of the hotel because the property doesn't have enough parking for that hotel guests. Our room didn't get cleaned at all we had to go downstairs and get towels, we had to take out our trash out the room because they didn't take out the trash and we stayed for 5 days. It would be a great property of maintenance would actually do their job and staff would clean rooms better and most of all get rid of the roaches.
