The room was ok. Of course we weren’t there for the room but for the beach. Sitting on the balcony was amazing. The bathrooms were a little small and the bed squeaked whenever you moved, but I’d go again just to sit in the balcony and be right on the beach.

Room we had was very small about the size of a queen size bed and a walk around. Staff was great parking lot was tight and had to park across the street. But was ok it was a last min trip but if I had planned this one and gotten this small room I would have been upset room was clean small window had light coming in all night long and the blind didn’t cover it well

The elevator smelled like fish. The bartender Sarah was great. The pretty beach and convenience to it was good. There were no towels for pool or beach. There were some really nice helpfull staff. Expect a bare bones beach experience. We got upgraded to beachfront which was nice.

Definitely not up to my standards, phone in room didn't work, shower too small and can't adjust shower head, entertainment center broken, missing a door, outside of refrigerator is rusty, elevators with numbers missing, the sheets and towels were always damp and the place smelled!!!! I I usually stay ar the holiday inn resort this was definitely a down grade! In addition to the restaurant was hotter than hell, AC's didn't work! I definitely will not be staying here again!

I always check the sheets, mattress covers and pillows when I arrive, there was blood on the mattress cover! They immediately changed it with a brand new one but this was terrible that they changed sheets and didn’t even look at mattress cover! Shower ceiling was cracking and falling into bathtub while I was taking a shower, Hotel in need of a lot of renovation and repairs

Good location, older beachfront motel

No frills hotel on the beach. Clean room, beds, pool, friendly responsive staff. Rooms need updating. Overall a good stay for a last minute beachfront hotel. Very good location close to 98, Rosemary Beach and Publix.

The location and views were amazing. The only negative thing was they don’t have ice machines for the guests. You have to buy bags of ice and the place that sells the ice doesn’t open til 11AM. The water pressure wasn’t great either.

Anniversary Weekend

The only good thing I can say about this place is the people working the front desk were great, friendly and understanding. Other than that the beach is average. When it comes to the hotel it is in much need of repair, update, and cleaning. the whole facility could use a good cleaning, from the hallways, elevators to the rooms. It has a strange odor in the rooms and could use a good deep cleaning. We checked in and in a matter of 2 hours decided we couldn't take it anymore and ask for a refund for the last 2 days and went and stayed somewhere else. We had hoped to stay on the beach for the three days while we were there but decided to go elsewhere. This was totally not what we expected when it was booked. Really disappointed was hoping for better.

Great vacay!

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I have found my new favorite place to stay in Panama City beach. The beach was clean and so was the pool. Loved the live entertainment at the bar and grill. I highly recommend this place!
