Beautiful views if you have beach front room. The hotel needs a serious renovation from painting to new room furnishings to renovated bathrooms. Then it will be spectacular.

The balcony ocean view is the top selling point and the staff were helpful and friendly in the front office. The room was large and clean but the property needs a facelift. Overall it’s worth the price because of the access to the beach. Water pressure and temperature were also really good!! Don’t expect luxury. It’s basic but gets the job done.

It’s an older property so have realistic expectations. Our room was literally right on the beach & we loved it! Even if the room was older. The pool was cold & hot tub out of service but they had them fixed the day we checked out. The staff were very friendly. I loved how quiet it was & close to the beach. Not many food options close so you’d need a car to drive. Overall it’s what i expected

When we booked we knew it was not high end, but our room faced the pool and the beach and that was our focus. It was dated and yet did not bother us due to the good location. Pool chairs on deck were nice to use in the afternoon. It has a nice bar and grill reasonably priced. Easy access to the Beach.

Outdated but clean
I was weary at first because we booked so last minute and it was a little on the cheaper side. This hotel is extremely outdated and could use some major renovations but it was well kept and the rooms and linens were very clean! I feel like the price reflected the need for renovations. It was a perfect weekend stay for us! We will be back!

Not the room I chose in the picture. Shower was so small half my body was out. I have stayed here many times but was disappointed in the room this time. I booked the room under Rusty, but my credit card has Russell. They gave me a hard time about excepting it and had to go to upper management. Ridiculous! I'm not sure any Americans were working there.

Pluses are it's right on the beach and has balcony rooms. If you're looking to get away from crowds it's very quiet. Beds are comfy, good room size. Negatives are the whole place needs an update; at a minimum fresh paint everywhere, windows and doors need replacing. Our room smelled closed in, I couldn't open the windows for fresh air. Carpet was filthy, tile floors not so good as well. The hot tub was not working which was disappointing. Bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas or be prepared to pay $50/daily to use the ones you see in the pictures on the website. It is an affordable stay and listed as a 3 star hotel for a good reason.

Helpful and so kind! Thank you Ann at the front desk for accommodating our stay from out of town! And to the gentlemen whose name I forgot to ask that helped me carry my lounge up the elevator and to my car when my hands were full. Beachfront property and a great stay with beautiful view and amendities!

Great view of the gulf. No way to access beach without steps. Says there is a hot tub but it’s been out of order for a long time. Says there is restaurant but it is a bar with less than 7 items that’s only open for dinner. Housekeeping left the cockroaches even after I pointed them out. I killed about 9. Mold in ceiling and damp carpet in that room. Requested different room and luckily one was available on different floor. They offered a room next to the cockroach one. Pretty sure cockroaches don’t limit themselves to one room. Also says it’s non smoking. Everyone smokes on the balconies so it’s not enjoyable to sit on the balcony
