Very clean and staff extremely helpful. Had problems with TV reception but the staff responded immediately. Only downside is would have liked breakfast included. Wonderful stay.. Thank you.

This hotel is not safe for kids. Its very dirty. The only thing that is kept clean is the pool. Restrooms are unsanitary and very old. Carpet is disgusting. The elevator is the worst thing. Please dont bring your little ones to this hotel.

Our Panama City trip

The first room we were given was on the first floor and we had asked for a high floor. They didn't have availability that day but the next day we were moved to a much better room and given an upgrade of a room with a kitchen. Very nice room and nice staff except for one girl that we spoke with first. Would stay there again if need be. Pool was nice and warm.

The lady at the front nice as alwasy the pool was clean but could of been a little cooler it was a little too heated i heard it was like 93 degrees overall 10/10 property

One thing we didn't like was, we had a kitchen unit with one small skillet and 5 pieces of silverware. You need to advise people renting kitchen units to bring utensils and cooking pans.

No shampoo, no working remote (told the guy who handles that was gone for the night), had to pay $20 extra for less amenities than the previous room.. even though they could have just given us our previous room back. Elevator broken almost the entire time we stayed there.. pool shut down too early and was not very clean in sitting areas.. folks smoking marijuana around my children... the list goes on.

Property is an older hotel that is in need of dire renovations. The room had crumbs and small pieces of trash in the corners of the room where it wasn’t cleaned properly. I also booked this for the Tiki Bar and it was closed during our 3 day stay. The shower curtain had holes in it. The stairs and concrete all over the property was dirty and needs to be pressured wash. The photos they had on Expedia is not an accurate representation of the hotel. I will never stay at this place again.

This hotel needs updating. It’s dirty, dingy and run down. The best thing about it is that it’s right on the beach and the pool is heated which was nice because the weather was chilly.
