I like the convenience of being on the beach. However, there were no places to eat at the facility itself and we had to leave to find somewhere to eat. The Tiki Bar closed early at 7:00 p.m. which was disappointing. We had no internet service the entire stay and I was unable to complete work assignments and missed Zoom meetings. When I asked for a printout of my stay the printout they gave me was different than what I actually paid not sure what's going on in that place and what I was actually charged

Dont stay there. Our room was dirty almost everywhere when we got there. The sink was dirty in the kitchenette and the bathroom was filthy. There was hair on our sheets and in the bathroom on the walls and in the tub. I cleaned it myself so that we could shower and feel comfortable.There were bugs (fruit flys) that were getting into our food that we had left on the counter briefly just as we were checking in.We had to park across the street and I had to make two trips late at night. The Internet was not working while we were there so we were not able to use it. Lauran the manager was great. The rest of the staff I did not care for their attitudes. There was a miscommunication as I asked the night before for nobody to come into our room and the cleaners came in at 9:30 because they were informed somehow that we checked out but we were still in the room. There was communication between the staff. I asked someone to make sure he left a note that we were staying another night and I guess he failed to do that. Was extremely rude and I did not care for her attitude. When you sign in the contract, it does say that they are not responsible for any theft on the property or any injuries or anything at all. There was a sign in the room there was no smoking allowed on the balconies or anywhere else, but the manager did let us and I guess the sign was incorrect. I would not recommend this place to anybody. The good news was its beautiful to look off the balcony as its beachfront.

Great trip!

After reading the reviews I was a little hesitant about the choice I made booking here. I hate that other people had a bad trip but I have nothing bad to say. We stayed on the 5th floor, elevator worked, hot water worked (very very well), the view was amazing. Yes it’s a little on the old side, but I wasn’t sleeping outside on the patio, or the sidewalk so that didn’t bother me one bit. I would definitely stay here again.

STAY ANYWHERE ELSE

The room wasn’t cleaned. Carpet was sticky, roaches and roach poop on the walls and outlets. Had to have maintenance come unclog the tub. It wouldn’t drain for 2 days. The door was literally hanging from the hinges. Elevator “broke” down, which one of our family members is wheelchair bound and can’t go without it. I believe they locked it from operation so only housekeeping could access it. She was stuck without access to our 3rd floor room for most of the day. I reserved a ground floor room 2 weeks before we arrived. When I arrived the room was sold to another person and there was nothing the staff could do because they said only a manager could help. Which the manager wasn’t there my entire stay. Housekeeping never visited my room the 3 days we stayed. The staff was horribly rude and showed no compassion to our handicapped needs.

Staff and location are great. Beach view is beautiful. Pool and chairs good condition. Room was ok but had a bad smell and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Free coffee in the office in the mornings, but only sugar and powder cream available, and the cream was out my last day of the stay. Most parking is across the street and there isn’t a cross walk directly in front of the hotel, it’s a little bit down the road which can be inconvenient. I’d stay again for the right price.

First room we walked in was musty smelling! Smoke detector would go off every 5 minutes and the fridge didnt work. Was accomodated to another room...the smell of musty was horrendous, had to go to walmart to purchase freshners and a fan. The shower one day had no hot water. The elevator broke down for a period of time and we were on the 5th floor ugh. The smell of trash around the outside was strong. We made the best of it! Is all we could do. Will never return to that location! Nor reccomed it to anyone.

I usually never review things unless it’s positive, but this has to be the grossest place we have ever stayed. First, the pictures look nothing like the property. Second, we got a king bed room and they over sold and we ended up getting a queen room. We then had to switch rooms due to the amount of roaches in our room. Also, the carpets are beyond nasty and everything just is wet and smells moldy. Our room also smelt like straight marijuana. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
