We didn’t get to check in until over 2 hours past our check in. Our neighbors has loud barking dogs. Our water wouldn’t heat up, the pool was down. And the bathroom door won’t close. All in all the front desk is indifferent and will shrug to anything and say sorry we can’t help. TOURIST TRAP

Room was clean but smelled like an very old room the bath tub was clog due to hair, soap scum, or other debris we try cleaning it but did not work so we had to wait like thirty minutes or more in between showers. headboard on the bed was lose and make noise every time we move, doors did not close easily and had to slam them to shut right.

Horrible will never go back!

Probably the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed it. From fights with parents who attacked the woman who saved her child from drowning, to disrespectful entitled teens beating on the walls, booming the music loud as heck, and the the people upstairs were yelling and their dog barked all the time. I couldn’t relax at all the whole time we were in this hotel.
