The property is under renovation. Thus, its appearance is not up the usual standards. However, it is well run, clean and the staff was excellent. I’m sure once the renovations are done it will be fine.

Very roomy and clean.
We chose this hotel based on the location to our favorite restaurants and the pool being open year round. The only issues we had was: we had a nose bleed one night and asked if we could get new sheets and were told they didn't have any available until morning. (Don't understand this at all) 2nd if the pool is open year round and is covered so sun doesn't get to the water why wouldn't you have it heated. The room we had was very roomy and clean. We would stay again but would be during warmer weather so the kids didn't turn blue swimming. The breakfast was ok nothing exciting but at least we didn't go away hungry.

I arrived after a long day of travel, expecting a smooth check-in, but I was left waiting in line for nearly [insert time]. There seemed to be a lack of organization, and the staff, though polite, appeared overwhelmed. For a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected a more efficient process, especially given how important first impressions are. Once I finally got my room, everything was fine, but the slow check-in really started my stay on the wrong foot. I hope management can streamline this process in the future.

The staff was great, the room/bathroom was clean and nice, and parking was easy. The only thing was the towels/rags were cleaned but still had someone’s hair stuck in it. Glad I bought my own. Overall great stay.

The hotel was super clean and the beds were so comfy! All the staff was wonderful but the breakfast was cold every morning. Even after letting the attendant know it remained cold.
