The room had roaches and bed bugs The hot tub was not working we notified staff on the problem with the bugs they did not offer any help on fixing the problem we had to take it in our own hands and buy the spray and bombs to get rid of them

Close to the beach we had roaches and bedbugs we notified the staff but nothing was done we took it in our own hands and bought 150.00 in sprays and bombs to use in the room also had to pay 60.00 to wash the blankets from the room the hot tub was not working while there we booked the room for that purpose

First night we started seeing roaches . Changed rooms the nextday. The hot tub became out of order, the pool wasnt heated. All your hear most of the days are carts rolling around out side. And a couple of nights it was til around 2am. One of the main reasons we choice the hotel was because of it having a heated pool and hot tub. Was only able to get in a half of a day when we first arrived. It was so bad that we checked out a whole day early.

We had a stunning view from our balcony!The breakfast was great. I did feel like the furnishings in our room were a little dated, especially the fabric floral headboards but the room was clean and the beds were comfy.

The overall stay was okay, except for the roaches. I went from killing 1 roach, thinking it came from outside, to killing over 10 roaches during my 3 nights stay. Someone came and sprayed but it didn’t help. If it wasn’t for the pest, I would stay again. Also heater didn’t work but they replaced it.

Our stay at the Days Inn was just what we needed! We were greeted and well taken care of by Mary at the Front Desk. She even answered the phone right away when we called from our room with a little issue and offered to switch our rooms. We declined because it really wasn't that big of a deal. Leroy from Maintenance was at our door with in minutes to with the solution to our problem and told us to call him if we needed any more assistance and he would be by in a jiffy to fix anything! I also want to point out Malinda went above and beyond and ran a personal errand for me. She did not have to do that but she took customer service to the next level. While this may be a 2-star hotel, the one thing this hotel does not lack, is the customer service and personal touch each and every employee brought to the experience.

4th time using this hotel for our annual trip and staff was friendly as usual! They changed their breakfast and it's a frozen-to-serve eggs/sausage style instead of different catered options daily. Beach view is the best! Heated outdoor pool and spa open year round. Surrounding area is limited during December but no traffic/crowd is a plus. Overall average stay this year.
