Hotel needs a little bit of a face lift, but clean and comfy. Amazing breakfast staff. They are working so hard on the fine details to provide the customer the best possible experience. Nice verity of breads, cereals, waffle station, eggs, breakfast meat and biscuits or potatoes depending on the day. Cons: walls are thin, often over heard conversations of guest or dogs barking. Could be an issue if your a lite sleeper. Very convenient location. Easy access to beaches or shopping.

First staff member at the desk was extremely unfriendly and kept telling me she couldn't help me she was on her lunch break with a full mouth of food, then said maybe someone else could help with an attitude. The manager came and was great! The room had roaches. Even after it was addressed to staff they never offered a refund, to come spray, just IF they had a room we could be moved. I killed 4 roaches our first night and have pictures. The walls and chair had stains on them and we found items from other people under the beds. Definitely not worth the money we paid to stay at the location.

If you are going to Panama City Beach, then you will probably go to the beach. The water pressure of the shower was amazing! All the sand, salt and sunscreen lotion came off! Of course, the beds and room were nice, but that shower was therapeutic.

They are pet friendly.But they don't tell you all of the stuff that you have to do when you get there like having your dog created when you're not in the room. So when you go out to dinner you cannot have leave your dog in the room unless you will have the dog created.

The first room smelled of Marijuana smoke. We immediately changed rooms. The second room looked clean but we found socks that did not belong to us under the bed. The toilet whistled after each flush and the remote was taped together using both electric and transparent tape. It still fell apart. The dog fee was too high considering there were not ample dog areas. Those areas provided were small and the grass was full of sharp sticklers which got trapped in my dog's fur every time we took him out. The customer service was mid and impersonal. It wasn't a terrible stay, it just wasn't that great.

Our room was not ready when we got there. Small TV for large rooms unacceptable and not smart TV. The floor were slippery even after being dryer! The couch and chairs were dirty with stains. The walls are thin we could hear everything. But the staff was accommodating and kind.
