Lobby is beautiful, staff is great and friendly rooms... id five a 2.5 out of 5 stars. Needs updating, mattresses were stained, floors not swept and bathroom towels were hanging out instead of folded, shower had stains luckilyni travel with clorox wipes lysol and cleaning aids, beds looked like they were cheaply made and a bit dingy and stained on mattress and sheets.

The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The room was di gy with many stains arou d the room. The jacuzzi tub would not hold water due to falty drain. Tbe shower had mold.

The hotel is very dated but practical. The staff, Tanesha in particular, was very professional, cordial, and accommodating. The view from my room was awesome. Overall, for the price, I would stay there again for business but not for leisure.

Room door was wide open when I got there. Sheets were dirty, pillows were dingy. I was double charged and have been trying to get hold of the manager for almost a week. The first receptionist was able to see my booking from a third party and admitted that I had been double charged while the second assumes it’s a fee? Do NOT stay here, it was literally the worst place I’ve stayed.

Property is dated and wasn’t very clean. I had to clean the tub so we could use it. We didn’t have any towels and it took several attempts of calling to even get someone to answer the phone to bring us towels. Not absolutely horrible, but not great. We probably will not return.

Three day stay
Room was not ready on time but the hotel did compensate us for that. Front staff was excellent, however housekeeping did not service our room, even after I requested it with the front desk. Overall, it was a decent stay.

1 bed (of our 2) had a horrible mattress, no coffee, asked for towels & never got them, safety lock was torn off the door, the plastic couch & chair were very uncomfortable & cold, refrigerator didn’t work, $94. ‘Resort fee’ no idea what we were paying for-there weren’t any chairs on the beach & worst of all it took over an hr to check in
