Check in was a little slow, we were really pleased to be placed in a room overlooking the beach. Had heard horror scoured about the rooms over the road. The room was very basic but clean. Facilities very limited. Most of the pool chairs were broken.

We liked it being right at the beach. The downfall, is they are old and needs major updates. The air conditioning window units is not enough either. Okay for a quick night.

I enjoyed the stay and the property was in close proximity to eateries and beach access in all directions. The staff were a bit unorganized, but noticed they were short handed which is more than a couple of people can manage at peak busy times. Our room had a musty old smell, but the bed was nicely made and we slept comfortably. This is the less touristy part of town so it was convenient to cross the street if you had a room there. I would likely stay here again based on cleanliness of the overall resort.

I like the guests that stayed there. It wasn’t too crowded and had a good atmosphere. The room accommodated all our needs. The room could use some repair work but nothing bad. Nice elevators to go up and down. Pool was conveniently located. We were right off the beach, which made it not far to walk out to.

The location was great, as were the pool area, restrooms and outdoor bar. The actual hotel was not. It was old, outdated, dirty and we had to walk across the highway for our room after checking in.

When we walked through the door there was an overwhelming stench of mildew. The tiles in the ceiling were warped and falling down. The window covering was not fully connected and the other side was covered in mold. The bed sheet was stained yellow. The bathroom was filled with black mold on the floor and you can see mold seeping in from behind the wallpaper. Of course I called and asked for a new room but they were sold out.

BEDBUGS!! Stayed in 6102, noticed we didn't sleep good, first thing in morning started noticing bites, then found this creature in the bed! After we left I googled the picture, yes it is a bed bug!!! Would never stay here again!
