Wonderful stay, great value for your money. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. They also let us check in early since we had an early flight in. Top notch staff. Pool was clean and room was spacious with a balcony. So close to many dining and shopping options. We will stay here again next year.

We stayed on 1st floor, room was clean, didn't see any bugs. Beds was uncomfortable especially the couch pull out bed. Couch was stained and kinda gross to even sit on and no sheets for the pull out bed. Room/hotel definitely needs updated. Elevator wasn't working so had to carry all our stuff from parking lot which is horrible to even find a parking spot down the stairs to get to 1st floor. There is over flow parking across street but then have to cross a very busy road. My son met us there and they charged him $27 for a parking pass. I thought that was a little ridiculous that I rent a room that sleeps 6 and only got 1 parking pass. The ice machine only gives I think 14lb bags of ice that you have to pay for! No free ice to put in ice bucket that was in the room, not even sure why they provide ice bucket. The location was perfect. Literally opened door and beach access is right there. Couldn't have been any closer. One of the desk chairs was broken so had to sit on bed, the 2 chairs outside (the kind u have to lay down on) was very old and scary to sit on but had a nice bench could sit on. A lot of pot smoking quite frequently (could smell as soon as stepped outside). Was a few restaurants and shops walking distance which was nice since parking was a pain. Hotel staff was nice. overall I'd give 3 stars. Location is perfect, hotel definitely needs a lot of upgrading. Door dash was our best friend TV fridge and microwave all worked fine and AC kept room 70 running constantly

In major need of a renovation. Staff was great and the price is fair but the beds were so bad every time I rolled over it woke me up the squeaking was so loud. Atleast get better beds and frames

This place was so so nasty. The hallway in the room had toilet water coming up thru the tile. No stopper for tube, the shower didn’t work very well. They had cleaned and replaced at some time before we arrived the A/C filter which was left on the balcony. This place does allow pets and you could smell them bad in the only elevator they had. If you book on line they don’t tell you that you have to put up a $50.00 deposit for room damages, which you get back in 3 to 5 days. Furniture out dated and needs repair or better yet replaced. No hot tube. I could go on but I’ve spent to much money and time on this place. Good Luck.

Price is great. Noisy rooms from doors closing footsteps, etc. TV service is way below average. Only 1 elevator, but no long waits. Room cleaning service is spotty and you have to speak Spanish to get results. Overall, I'd stay again for the price.

We did not stay. We got to our room and there was sunlight coming in from around the door, dirt all over the floor, toilet wouldn’t flush, bed sheets had holes and stains all in them.

We were lucky to be able to check in early. We got a real deal on room.it was a great location, right on the beach. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned after 2 nights. Sand was everywhere and no good way to get rid of it. Overall a good place to stay on a budget.

I understand roaches in Florida are a thing .. just not in the room. Lbs That mfk was like 3 inches long and an inch wide!! Needless to say keep your things in your bags and off the ground. Sheets were clean, language barrier with most staff. Ya gta pay for ice..

Our stay was amazing but Expedia left out some details regarding the deposit and requirements for reservations PRIOR to checking in. That was unexpected and extremely frustrating. But Seahaven Beach Hotel was accommodating and very helpful and professional while addressing my concerns.
