There was mold around the tub, mini fridge leaked all in the floor, floors were nasty, bed was very uncomfortable, big roach crawling on sink. It smelled terrible, trash and actual human hair balls in the hallway.

The ladies in the check in/front are super nice (except for the one that’s there in the morning)…they had to deal with me a lot due to a barking dog problem that kept happening however they would do what was allowed of them to do to try and fix the problem.

The coffee pt almost caught fire when we tried making a cup, the pullout bed mattress was torn and had box springs showing, the couch was stained pretty badly, the back door was broken and you had to pull up on the door just to close it, and the double bed had a giant size blood stain from the top sheet down to the mattress. I complained and got not even 1/4 of what I paid for the room. Very disappoint and will not be back.

HORRIBLE! NASTIEST AND WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Our room was FILTHY, the pipes under the sink made a horrible loud noise and maintenance man said there was “nothing he could do” (it was so loud it sounded like they were doing construction right outside the door. Then, our toilet quit working. They moved us from our standard room to a suite. Suite was a LITTLE better, but still filthy, brown/red stains all over the mattress, TVs didn’t work. It was so nasty. We travel a lot and don’t always stay in fancy hotels, but this one was by far the worst I have ever been to.

We did not stay. We arrived and the hotel had no working elevator and we were on the 4th floor. I am disabled with a spinal cord injury. They did not have any signs in the office only after we checked in did we learn after unpacked the car that it didnt work. We waited 2 hours for them to figure it out since they also had no rooms accessible without stairs. We had to get a different hotel next foor at the Radison on the spot and spent $1100 additional dollars within hours of arriving. Expedia did get our money back fairly quickly. The manager was polite the next morning but at night there was no hel and it was chaos.

We booked a double bed room for 6 nights. A cockroach crawled across my iPad one night. The only dresser was broken. The cleaning service never brought clean linens. We had to pick up clean towels from the office every day. Bedding was never changed.

The hotel is very run down bad paint dirty room and we had to was out shower before we could use it and they had no wash clothes avaliable. But that being said it is a party city its located right on the drag restaurants are walking distance and it right on the beach very good view other then all the seaweed but there was a strom coming but if you are pooking affordable beach front i think it was worth it
