Location, location, location
We were refugees from Hurricane Milton. We stopped on our way back from Columbus GA when we realized we couldn’t safely return for another day. Hotel staff were very friendly. The room was decent, we don’t go in for fancy. We just needed a place to stay. What we didn’t bargain for was the amazing sight outside our balcony. Beautiful white sands, stunning beaches, and a magnificent sunset. We plan to return for a quick getaway.

I rented 3 rooms 410 411 and 412. Location was perfect! The pool and bbq, game area was nice! Room 412 the beds weren’t the best, the bathroom door kept coming loose(only had 1 screw holding it in) and the tub could used an update. All 3 rooms could have used a good mopping. Caulking could use a good cleaning or new. There wasn’t enough towels in the rooms but they gave more at the office. Was glad to see all rooms had fridge and microwave bc that’s wasn’t listed. No bugs! It’s not the Hilton but ur not paying Hilton prices. For what I paid I was more than happy with what we got. I would definitely stay here again

The room was not cleaned except for clean sheets on the beds. We had no towels in the room when we arrived. When we called the desk to ask about getting the room cleaned and towels we was told that we could go to the office for our towels and we would have to wait till the next day for our room to get cleaned. My four year old took her shoes off and walked from the bathroom to the bed and her feet was black. I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies and clean the room myself. I was hoping for a good experience since we vacation a few times a year in PCB and usually have all my family and reserve 3-4 rooms each time. Glad this time was just us and only had one room.

Terrible, Disgusting, and unsafe!
Most misleading advertising for a hotel I have ever seen. Don’t believe the photos! The “Suite” we were in was in terrible condition. Broken curtain rods, constantly wet floors, front door had previously been kicked in and would not close properly and had a large and visible crack all around it. The floors are also gauged, scratched and stained with rust stains and marks from previous furniture or something. The outside showers were all inoperative. The bathroom was disgusting with mold all around the tub/shower area. Sofa cushions were too small for the sofa and were homage for a smaller sofa. It was by all accounts, the worst place I have ever seen or stayed in!!! We left and went home after staying one night. We now have to fight for a refund from Hotels.com.

The location was excellent, the room was clean, a little outdated. We stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did not come in, I had to go to the desk and get clean towels. The beach was close, but no beach service. The price was very good.

We have stayed here multiple times, good stay for prices and location. Site really needs to hire some professional services to maintain the place, some of the maintenance is terrible. Trim screwed to wall none of it matches, this time they even painted the tub and of course it was peeling off my wife couldn’t even take a bath it was so rough.

Great family place. Friendly staff pool was clean, and offered both swallow and deeper ends of the pool. Room was clean was kept up fairly well to be an older hotel. Will diffidently stay again.

The pictures do not give an accurate portrayal of the actual accommodations. The room had not been cleaned very well at all. The a/c filters were caked with dust/grime to the point that I washed them out in the tub myself. The sheets on the bed had sand in them as well as the floor did not appear to have been vacuumed. I will give the pool a 5 star rating.

When i checked in and took a shower, there was an unpleasant surprise awaiting me on the shower wall. It was a lovely ginger colored hairwad that almost exactly matched the shower tile. So while i was a bit grossed out, i sort of laughed because I almost missed it myself. Otherwise, everything was mostly okay. Parking is a bit inconvenient, and the outdoor shower coming off the beach feels like you could step through rotten wood at any moment.

Great location. Clean property. Easy parking. Plenty of restaurants available in walking distance. Our only “issue” is that the elevator didn’t work at all during our 2 night stay. We managed fine but it was a little inconvenient. I’d stay here again.

2 stars is real
I read the reviews and knew it was a 2 star average hoping it might be better than I read. The pictures of the rooms are misleading. It was out dated which isn’t a big deal. But it was extremely filthy and grimy. The couch in the room was covered in black grimy filth. The floors were so dirty we couldn’t walk around without shoes. There was no water to rinse off the sand from the beach. It says dog friendly but there’s no area for the dogs to use the bathroom. It’s all parking lot and gravel. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. There were no towels in the room. If you want to stay on the beach with very minimal amenities then the view is beautiful and it felt safe.

We love this place!!! It’s not fancy or high class. But perfect if you don’t spend your time in your room. Pool is good. Can walk to get anything. This is where we have stayed many times and NEVER had any issues!!! We have small kids and teenagers too!!
