Not family friendly. They utilize selective enforcement of policies (no balls allowed in pool) yet at any given time there were several families playing with balls in the pool. Limited food options-pool side bar only offers food Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The other cafe has extended wait times of 1 hour plus to receive food.

This hotel is a 22 minute Uber ride form the ECB airport. Right on the beach and rooms were clean and nice. The 4th floor lobby was well done with bar and outside seating with splendid views!!

Google reviews more accurate than hotels.com reviews. Check in easy, Myesha was extremely nice and accommodating. Stay was decent. Hotel was overall decent, good breakfast. Pool was dirty by midday-evening, seemed like it was only cleaned once in the morning. Random DJ one day with annoying music, too loud and did not fit the atmosphere. Towel stations slow to be refilled, sometimes had to wait 30min to an hour for towels. Kids frequently in the hottub and we were unable to use most of the time. Bar closed early. Elevators slow at busy times, only 3 for the 14stories and frequently one of them was out of service. Room clean. Shower curtain dirty. Beach was nice. Easy access to beach from hotel. Harpoon Harry’s and hooters within 3-5min walk w/ good food. Had a good time, don’t know that I would stay at this hotel again. Biggest benefit was location and good breakfast.

Everything waa good the wall near the trash can was gross had something spilled all over the wall. The elevator system is absolutely the worst ive ever experienced.

Loved our stay here. The weather was great, the water was beautiful and Springhill Suites was great. Loved the pool, rented beach chairs failure at the restaurant/bar one night and it was good. All of the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a family resort so lots of kids but nothing ever unruly. Restaurants close by within walking distance. PCB has the most beautiful sand and water.

The hotel charged for parking in its own parking. The convenience store closes at 2 p.m. The room was dirty when I got there. The hotel gave me a room for disability people. The bathroom was dirty. I will never stay in that hotel again.

The photo of lazy river is misleading It’s soooo small in person . Front desk guy sounded annoyed when we asked for 545 am wake up call and the wake up call never happened !! Room was ok but not worth the price at all …

Just amazing nothing short

It’s honestly amazing. The people are really nice and very friendly. We got upgraded to a bigger room due to a small circumstance no fault to the hotel at all. They made everything very easy and amazing. We got food brought to us at 2 am 😁. Drink never stoped and very easy to just charge to the room. We will be back for sure. My wife loved it with the beach amenities including a bar. Looks freaking awesome. Good restaurant on sight with Starbucks. Breakfast included is worth it. I have nothing bad to say at all. Balcony is a must by the way. Just beautiful
