This place felt dingy, most stuff was broken going in, and the elevator was broken. The staff was kind only good part about this hotel. Our room overlooked the ocean which was stunning but it just felt dingy.

I believe it was extremely overpriced. For what we received the staff was amazing. The property you could tell it was an old property that had been updated but not in a great way.

Elevator was not working! 66 years old on the 4th floor. They said they texted me but I didn't receive it. Chairs on balcony need replacements. They are cracked and difficult to sit in. Parking area was not clean.

The room was absolutely beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly, and what a great location. The elevator in our building was down but they offered everyone a person to bring their luggage up. Only odd thing is, there's no ice machine, you just have to buy a bag of ice from them.

We stayed for the Memorial Day long weekend. The Staff gets 10/10 very friendly and nice. The condo we stayed at was good. Very spacious, two full bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed, the kitchen and the balcony. It was an overall good place, however, the stove and the oven were dirty. It looked like they had "tried" to clean it but failed at it. The shower handle had mold like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time and needed to be replaced. The shower head also had mold, I almost showered with water mixed with the mold the was being washed with the water pressure once the focet was opened. Thank God I noticed it on time was able to clean it. I think the maintance and the housekeeping team should do a better job. Or the owner themselves should pay attention to these type of issues.

I only stayed for a night so the kinda worn down building wasn't too much of an issue, but this building definitely needs some touching up. Let me say being right on the beach is a MAJOR perk. And I had a room facing the Gulf so the view was incredible. The room itself had a funky smell when I walked in and the whole property could be updated / renovated. But if you need to rest your head for a night, it's not a bad spot.

We got a rate for half the price than other guests were paying that booked direct so it's hard to complain, but it we had paid full price I would be disappointed. The pictures we not accurate and I was led to believe my condo had a sitting area but it did not, just 2 beds. The pictures we not clear. Also the wording of fully stocked kitchen as also false advertising for our unit. So many things were missing and the property did not respond to my request, so we had to go to Dollar General to buy so many things a kitchen unit should already have! Drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, no sharp knives, no paper towels, salt pepper, coffee filters, blender, fry pan, large bowls, wine opener, etc. When I book a condo with kitchen, it's intentional that I am going to cook daily! Also they advertised a bbq grill but they were worse than you'd find camping and you have to supply your own coals. Rental properties should have gas grills only! Plus provide grilling utensils. Lastly, no screens on windows so when you want fresh breeze and no A/C, you get bugs! The positive notes I can add was the staff was very kind under the circumstances of complaints they have to receive. It's a 5 story building and both units elevators were not working and so many elderly were staying there. Being right on the ocean is a great bonus and the pool conditions were great with lot's of comfortable lounger chairs.

The elevator wasn’t working and I went back and looked at past reviews saying it was not working back in March and April as well. The sheets were stained. The internet wouldn’t work. There was water damage and it was very outdated. It was nice to be right on the beach but I wouldn’t want to stay more than a night.

Outstanding! We got this hotel last minute. The front desk staff was wonderful! They were very helpful and friendly. The room was outstanding, more than we expected, more like a small apartment. Plenty of space with a separate bedroom, built in bunk beds, living room, kitchen, and balcony, facing the Gulf. The hotel is older and can be noticed, but overall it is kept very clean, and you can tell they take great pride in there building.

Location of hotel and the staff were excellent. The fact the elevator was not working (and having a 4th floor room) was almost impossible with luggage and coolers. A staff member was kind enough to take our luggage up. The WIFI was non existent and the tv kept acting up. The maid service was...they replaced the coffee packets and some towels but failed to make the bed. Being charged with a daily resort fee was the topper. That should have been waived due to the circumstances.
