Very poor customer service, not sympathetic to guest needs and charge outrageous rate . Not commensurate to value for room . I was charge two extra guest at overnight rate in the room after 11pm check-in . ( could have offered prorate if they understand )., And additionally charge two breakfast meal ( normally they give free breakfast to guest) . Explanation from staff are not customer friendly , very dissatisfied with the overnight stay .

We love the Henann hotels. Stayed here because we stayed at the Hennan Palm in Boracay for 11 day during the holidays and loved everything… the staff, food and hotel. Oh yeah the pool at Henann Tawala is beautiful. Great for families. Loved the koi fishes!

Highly well maintained property and friendly, hard working staff. Super breakfast buffet! Wonderful beach view and easily accessible. I didn't care too much for so many families. A little too loud for me.

This property is very nicely decorated and is in walking distance to bars and restaurants on the beach. The only issue I had was the pool at the beach end of the building was off limits to tawala guests unless we paid 1500ph. Seems extreme to swim
