Very Good

The building, room, carpet, stuff in general are extremely old. Furniture and carpets have lost their color and the corners were extremely dirty. Lobby and breakfast area smells aweful. And this is kinda in the middle of no where. If you have decided to stay out of Bryce canyon city, just book a better place in panguitch town. I thought I knew what I was getting into. Quality inns are 2 star budget hotels. This quality inn should get a 1 star. Although the building says restaurant and bar, there is no such thing. The bed is right next to the room door and the air con is loud.
Positive: I slept well surprisingly. (Probably because of the he long hikes during the day) Bed and linen were clean.
Breakfast was ok.
The rooms were clean enough. The shower was a bit funky. Overall rustic property. Which is fine. The breakfast was pretty good. Only downside was the refrigerator making noises all night. And dripping faucet to keep from freezing.

Great location to Bryce Canyon! Room was a little outdated, but clean and spacious. Near the town of Panguitch. Not much going on there in March, but the Family Dollar is handy for restocking travel needs. Check out the Red Canyon area nearby if you’re looking for something to do besides Bryce NP!
The restaurant was not open because it was off season. The rooms are comfortable.

The place was all by itself. There were no food options within a 10 min drive. It was a little scary to be there by myself. It did not feel secure. No gluten free options for breakfast.
Sad to see the restaurant was not open but we are super off season! Mattress was great and shower was great! Five miles down road are food options. Very clean room. Not luxurious or modern but they put amenities in correct order- awesome hot shower and comfy place to sleep!
If your looking for a dude ranch meets the shining vibe then this place is for you. Didnt know what to expect but stayed here two days. Access room over a rickety 2 story deck. Room was nice and quaint. Place needs a major overhaul but if you want to hike or visit Bryce Canyon then this place is perfect. Stones throw from the junction to it. I also reccomend visitng the town of Panguitch and the memorial for the quilt walkers. As a Welshman, it was very interesting, plus the town has a good grocery store for supplies. Breakfast is a reasonable affair with waffles and yougurt. Coffee was a bit off but drinkable. Would i stay here again, yeah.
It’s more of a 6.5 than an 8.2, breakfast was very limited took one look and skipped it. Restaurant and bar are seasonal and were closed, room was rustic but it was off season and very inexpensive

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This an older property that could use some renovations. Old fashioned shower. Breakfast was so-so
There were some facility problems, perhaps due to cold weather . There were other multiple small issues. The rooms were of average cleanliness. Breakfast was basic. It seemed the staff were trying but somewhat overwhelmed. I wish them success.
