Good overall, fine for the price. But didn't have a plug for the curling iron in front of any mirror. Also, 6th floor isn't ideal, as there's a restaurant above and has some noises until after 11pm, and started again before 9. Bit I was happy enough with it, as it was half the price of the beautiful Hilton, although no pool or beautiful views.

The hotel is really great, staff was exceptional & the Reeftop Bar is fantastic! A great vibe, service & pizza was really good! Only note is that the “ocean view” is a working harbour, not a pretty marina. And while the boardwalk & parks are a handful of blocks away just be prepared that the immediate area is quite run down/closed up buildings. It is a bonus to easily be able to rent a car or scooter vs if you were at a big resort if you like to tour the island. Hello Scoot was great. It’s an app so just set it up and grab a scooter. Avis was a five minute walk A dipping pool would be nice, too hot to enjoy the patio area. Also the beautiful restaurant, Surf House, is very expensive and (we thought) an odd menu. More French fine dining vs Polynesian casual as the name somewhat suggests. Great hotel! Perfect for catching the ferry.

Gem in the South Pacific.
This is the best boutique hotel in Papeete. Location is central to everything, especially the ferry which is right across the street. There was an awesome Polynesian reggae band that performed at the rooftop bar, the vibe was electric.

Fantastic Six Days
It was a very easy check-in, location is right across the street from the ferry terminal which was not noisy. The room was very clean, organized and had all the amenities of home. Looking forward to a 2nd visit soon.

Great room, great location, noise an issue
The room was very spacious, the bed was great and the shower excellent. The balcony however was very tiny, impossible to really sit out there. Unfortunately, we were given a room overlooking a construction site but this was due to my concerns about noise on a lower floor. What was still a problem was the late night noise from the rooftop bar which indicated that the hotel is catering more to local entertainment than client comfort. Also, there was language confusion from reception staff with taxis organised for 12.30 pm when we had asked for 12.30 am. Overall the room and staff were great but the noise is something to consider.

The hotel is in a very busy area and over the weekend the restaurant upstairs was very noisy and it was hard to get in the elevator due to people going upstairs. We had to have a noise maker on to sleep. The rooms are lovely. The bed is comfortable and the coffee maker was great. Overal a very nice hotel and convenient to the ferry and restaurants

Wish our stay would have been longer!
This hotel is in downtown Papeete and only ten minutes away from the airport. The clean room was beautiful and furnished with a kitchen. The breakfast- the most wonderful spread of delicious items (I’m still thinking about it). We only had one day to explore and asked the hotel staff for recommendations. They went above and beyond, recommending a scooter rental company, circling beautiful spots to see and restaurants on the map. We had a great time on the island thanks to this property!
